Khaṃ ngo! The letter Oṃ is the indivisibility of the three vajras. That is, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā, where Phaṭ is wisdom and Svāhā is method. These two are also inseparable. The letter Oṃ is the three vajras. The letter Āḥ is also the same. The letter Hūṃ is also the nature of those three, because all three are the complete mandala of the nature of nine. Thus, after teaching the mantra of the nature of the collection of all Tathāgatas, now the seed syllables of the manner of manifestation of all Tathāgatas are spoken: Bhuṃ Āṃ Jrīṃ Khaṃ Hūṃ. Bhuṃ is Vairocana. Āṃ is Ratnasambhava. Jrīṃ is Amitābha. Khaṃ is Amoghasiddhi. Hūṃ is Akṣobhya. These two are the nature of manifestation and collection, the fruit is Vajradhara, called Hevajra. Now, the mantra of the sixteen mudrās will be explained, first saying: Oṃ Deva Picu Vajra Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Oṃ is the body vajra. That is also a deity, the deity is the place deity in the manner of manifesting deities. Picu is nourishment, the manner of collecting. The indivisibility of manifestation and collection is Vajra. That is also the nature of the three letters Hūṃ, each letter Hūṃ is also the three vajras. Phaṭ Svāhā etc. are the nature of method and wisdom, therefore it is the Hevajra of the mandala of the nature of nine. That itself is the essence of Hevajra. The indivisibility of method and wisdom is the wisdom called Hevajra, that is the meaning. That itself is because conventional and ultimate are inseparable. This is because it is the nature of Āli Kāli, therefore the first line of all mantras is the letter Oṃ, and at the end, it should be combined with the letters Svāhā and Hūṃ Phaṭ, meaning: all sounds are within the letters Hūṃ Phaṭ, it is a phrase of the mantra. Or, the line of all mantras, because it is the nature of the wisdom of all sounds without exception, therefore it is Vajradhara. That itself, first is the letter Oṃ, and last is Svāhā. The letter Oṃ is the indivisibility of the three vajras, that is the first, because it is its nature. Last is Svāhā, Svā is

Are the three vajras. Hā is skillful means and wisdom. This is not the end, therefore it is the end. Also, A is the indivisible Heruka. Therefore, it is said that the letters Hūṃ Phaṭ are combined, Hūṃ is the Vajra Holder. Phaṭ is the wisdom of selflessness. Combining those letters is a sign. That itself will be cut off. On the pills that come from the letters, one should not desire the letters Hūṃ Phaṭ. So it is said. That itself is the nature of Āli Kāli, and is inseparable from the Nādas and the Vajra Holder. Oṃ A Ka Ca Ṭa Ta Pa Ya Śa Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀ་ཙ་ཊ་ཏ་པ་ཡ་ཤ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ a ka ca ṭa ta pa ya śa svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, A, Ka, Ca, Ṭa, Ta, Pa, Ya, Śa, Svāhā.) is the mantra that disturbs the city. The city is the body. Disturbing it is to make it without self-nature, therefore it is the mantra that disturbs the city. Also, the letter Oṃ is the three vajras. Also, A is the fifteen vowels that are the nature of the fifteen yoginis such as selflessness. Ka Ca Ṭa Ta Pa etc., each is also the five Tathāgatas who are the nature of the five wisdoms, are twenty-five letters. Ya, Ya Ra La Va are the four goddesses who are the nature of the four great elements. Śa, Śa Ṣa Sa are body, speech, and mind, are three letters that are the nature of the three bodies. Sva is the three vajras. Hā is the Vajra Holder who is indivisible from skillful means and wisdom, is the mantra that disturbs the city. Among them, A is the seed of the collection of yoginis. This is clearly stated, saying A Ā I Ī U Ū Ṛ Ṝ Ḷ Ḹ E Ai O Au Aṃ. These five, I Ī U Ṛ Ḷ, are indivisible. These five, Ā Ī Ū Ṝ Ḹ, are inseparable. These three, E O Aṃ, are the vowel letters of the nature of earth, the three vajras. Ai Au are the fourth of the three vajras, inseparable. The seed of the yoginis etc., therefore there is yoga in this. Therefore, the seed is the cause that produces, the sign of the unborn nature is itself without a sign. Ka Ca Ṭa etc. in the form of Kālī, are the nature of skillful means, therefore they are the seed and mantra of the two hands. Oṃ Trailokyā Kṣa Pa Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏྲཻ་ལོ་ཀྱཱ་ཀྵ་པ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ trailokyā kṣa pa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Three Realms, Ya, Ksha, Pa, Hum, Hum, Hum, Phat, Svaha.) Saying two, skillful means and wisdom etc. enjoy with its nature, therefore it is two hands.
