Since the Mother Tantra and others constantly and completely purify oneself, sentient beings, and the vessel world, this method is the distinction of these. So, the distinction of this method lies in the generation stage, but not in the completion stage, because there only the co-emergent joy is meditated upon. Therefore, it is said, "inferior, intermediate," and so on. This is the explanation of "inferior," and so on. The so-called "subtle object" refers to the mind of self-nature and mental factors. The so-called "object" refers to one's own body. The so-called "abandoning the two" refers to the limbs of one's own body. The so-called "six faculties" refers to the eyes and so on, which are particularly present in one's own body. The so-called "stable and moving" refers to the external environment, that is, with mind and without mind. The so-called "non-self" refers to not only that self-nature. The so-called "same self-nature" refers to the non-dualistic thought itself. When thinking "how," it is said, "that itself should be meditated upon." The explanation of this is "taste is equal," meaning meditating as the same taste. A further explanation of this is "equal," and so on, where the so-called "same" means similar. This explains the meaning of the previous words. The so-called "that" refers to inferior and intermediate, and so on. The so-called "taste" refers to taste and equality, essence, reality, and entity. What is that taste? It is the wheel, meaning the aspect of self-aware bliss, the wheel of the yogini. This explains the meaning of the latter words. The general meaning is explained: "Taste is equal, one entity," because this has equal taste, so it is equal taste, because the entity has become one, so it is one entity. The so-called "through this meaning" refers to the meaning of the part as stated. When thinking "how to meditate on that one taste," it is said, "from me," and so on. The so-called "all travelers" refers to the moving. The so-called "all arise from me" refers to only arising from me, because apart from the mind, there is no so-called "I," even if the essence is exhausted, because all this arises from the mind, so it only arises from me. The so-called "three grounds" refers to all stable, and that also arises from me, as before. The so-called "these" refers to stable and moving. The so-called "pervaded by me" refers to the nature of the mind itself.

"ལས་གཞན་པའི་འགྲོ་མ་མཐོང༌། །" means that the nature that is not mind does not exist. Although the various natures are mind, why is it the nature of "བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་ཞེ་ན།" great bliss? Because the mind that correctly recognizes its own nature, the emptiness of duality is the very nature of mind. All minds follow the nature of great bliss, being equal to the wisdom sky. Correctly recognizing the emptiness of duality is common. This speaks of the yoga of particularly strong faith. The benefits of this are spoken of. "དེ་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །" and so on. "བསོད་ནམས་ཆུང་བའི་མི་ཡིས་ཀྱང༌། །" means even a person who has not accumulated merit in previous lives. "འགྲུབ་པར་ཐེ་ཙོམ་མེད་ཅེས་པ་ནི།" means that by accumulating merit through this yoga. "ཟ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཟ་བར་བྱེད་པ་ནའོ། །" means when eating. "ཉལ་ཡང་ཞེས་པ་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བསླབས་པས་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་རྨི་ལམ་ན་ཡང་མཐོང་ངོ༌། །" means that because of constant practice, one will see it even in dreams. "རྒྱུན་དུ་ཞུགས་པ་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རོ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་འབྱུང་བའོ། །" means that by this very yoga, accomplishment will naturally arise. If one asks, "རྒྱུན་དུ་བྱ་བ་འདིས་ཅི་བྱ་ཞེ་ན།" what is the use of doing this constantly? The answer is, "ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྟེ།" and so on, meaning for the sake of the accomplishment of Mahamudra. It is said that in such a yoga, merit has been accumulated by the teachings of particularly strong faith. In order to explain making aspirations with the mind, it is said, "འདི་ལྟར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །" and so on. "འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་པ་ནི་སེམས་ཅན་དང་སྣོད་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ནོ། །" means all sentient beings and the container world. All of these should be meditated upon as one. If one wonders, "ངེས་པར་གཟུང་བ་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་སྙམ་པ་ལ།" why is it necessary to ascertain? The answer is, "ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །" and so on. "ཡིད་ནི་རྣམ་པར་རྟོག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཤེས་པ་སྟེ།" means that mind is the consciousness that discriminates, and it should not be examined with that, but rather it should be ascertained with that. That is its meaning. If it is not to be examined with discrimination, then should it not be meditated upon? Therefore, it is said, "ཆོས་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །" and so on. Meditating on fully understanding all phenomena, and not on such discrimination. It is meant that discrimination itself is mistaken. At that time, what is the nature of complete understanding? The answer is, "བརྟག་པ་དང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ།" and so on. "Etc." includes trees, mountains, oceans, and so on, and living beings. All of these are the most
