In order to quickly perfect bliss, one should fully understand that everything is just mind and arises from mind, and does not exist as it appears. Thus, relying on the generation stage, the first practice of the tantra of means has been explained. Now, relying on the completion stage, the second tantra of means is explained, beginning with the statement "Abiding in the body," etc. That is also great, it is the very basis of the seed of all the Buddha's teachings. It is also wisdom, because of its self-luminous nature. "Great wisdom abides in the body," this means that the body especially abides. The feeling that is the result of its karma is not different from the body, and the faculties that are the basis of feeling also enter without being different from the body, therefore that wisdom abides in this body. Thus, that wisdom is great, like this, the Dharma-nature, and the Tathāgatagarbha are the lineage of the Buddhas. Whatever is the lineage of the Buddhas is the lineage of all the Buddhas' teachings. Therefore, the wisdom of the body by Dharma-nature is naturally without defilement. Therefore, all thoughts have been abandoned. The defilements of discrimination that appear as places, bodies, enjoyments, etc., are not its nature, but are accidental to it, like clouds in the sky and earwax, etc. That itself is stable by the nature of the Dharmakāya, therefore it is called permanent. Just as the realm of the Buddhas' Dharma has no beginning or end, so too is the purity of that mind and the basis of the seed of the qualities of the Buddhas. Combining with the chapter called Hevajra, that great wisdom itself is Hevajra. "Pervading all things," this means that my wisdom appears in all things. "Abiding in the body, yet not born of the body," regarding this, why is it not born from the body? Because the body is not outside of wisdom. The body is the appearance of wisdom, existing by its falsity, therefore it should not be the generator, although it is pervasive, it is not born from all things, this is shown by meaning. Because there are no things included by duality, their appearances are all false. Body, etc.

Manifested wisdom itself is the substance of body and so on. This wisdom is widely known from the substances of cause and effect, the world, and the treatises. The Lankavatara Sutra says, "If the wrong causes and conditions and the manner of acting are negated, then it abides only in mind-only. I say that is unborn." The great scholar Nagarjuna also said, "All dharmas have no arising, nor is there any cessation. Arising and ceasing are only wisdom." Mind-only is only consciousness. Dharma is the object outside of consciousness. What is called wisdom itself is the consciousness itself that performs the function. If the treatises of the scholar Nagarjuna also consider the nature of wisdom to be truly consciousness, then it is not so, because it says, "What is said about the great elements and so on is completely contained in consciousness. If one understands it, it will change, isn't that a false imputation?" The meaning of this is that whatever is said in the treatises about the elements and what is transformed from the elements is contained in the worldly consciousness. To be completely contained means to be contained by it. Only consciousness appears as the elements and what is transformed from the elements. The knowledge of the great elements and so on will change for the transcendental wisdom, which means it will disappear. Isn't that a false imputation? Because it is false, the great elements and so on are imputed by the deluded consciousness, and they do not have their own nature. Therefore, it will disappear into the non-deluded wisdom. Therefore, everything does not exist in the manner of two, nor is it that everything does not exist in the manner of non-duality, but only exists in the nature of clarity. It would be good if the views of the Madhyamaka and Yogacara schools were the same. Furthermore, the three Madhyamaka schools and the four aspects of the Yogacara school have already been refuted by those who are skilled in valid cognition, sutras, and treatises. Then, how is such great wisdom the Hevajra? It is the nature of great wisdom and great compassion. From where does that come?
