O! The so-called "achieving kingship" means taking kingship. The so-called "fabricated" means manifestly fabricating. The so-called "desiring to vomit" means wanting to vomit. The so-called "look" means the meaning of what should be meditated upon. The so-called "desiring to bring women under control" is the fourth in relation to the first meaning. The so-called "making a bindu" means making it on the forehead. The so-called "abiding correctly" means not moving. How not to move? It is the ritual of stiffening, reciting one hundred and eight times or one thousand and eight times. The so-called "time of night" means doing it after the sun sets on the thirteenth (day) at the end and the seventh (day). In the ritual of stiffening and so on, the yoga of the seven goddesses is spoken of as the main one. The so-called Vajra Mother and so on, the sixth is made invisible. The so-called Selfless Mother is to be done by the Selfless Mother. The chapter on clarifying mantras is the chapter on mantras. Explanation of the second chapter from "The Pearl Garland, a Commentary on the Difficult Points of Hevajra". Third, Explanation of the Chapter on Deities. The so-called Chapter on Deities refers to Hevajra and Vajrayogini, etc., which are the chapters on those deities. How are they those? As they are, the yoga of generating Hevajra, from above to above, is directly and extensively from this showing that the union of the goddesses is also truly shown by itself. Among them, first speaking in terms of the yoga of Hevajra. The so-called "first" and so on. The so-called "first" is the first in relation to compassion and so on. At the beginning of everything, after protecting the place and oneself, enter the meditation room, sit on a comfortable cushion, place the image of the Blessed One, such as a painted image, in front of you, make offerings to it, and recite the Argham (Sanskrit: Argha). Sit in the lotus position, bring mindfulness to the present, confess sins, rejoice in merits, pray for refuge, and generate the mind of enlightenment. After that, one should cultivate loving-kindness, wishing all sentient beings to attain supreme happiness, which is loving-kindness, to be cultivated in the first moment. In the second moment, cultivate compassion, that is, contemplate them themselves as being free from all suffering. In the third, cultivate joy.

Therefore, for those who have attained happiness, one should meditate on not abandoning them as long as samsara lasts. The end of all is equanimity. For them, in order to exhaust all non-virtuous aspects such as afflictions, one should meditate on closely applying all virtuous aspects of the world and beyond. Thus, one should meditate on these four immeasurables. Why? In order to stabilize all roots of virtue such as bodhicitta, and because there is no distinction between times of harmful thoughts and various harms, and in order to protect oneself from the suffering of evil destinies, demons, and inferior vehicles, these are the first limbs of yogis, and are common to all yogis. The body of the first yoga is the four vajras, which are spoken of as "thereafter" and so on. "Thereafter again" means that thereafter again, one should meditate. What should one meditate on? It is "emptiness bodhi" and so on. The nature of the mere-consciousness of various natures, that itself is the nature of the absence of both the grasped and the grasper, which is emptiness itself. Its bodhi is the appearance of non-confusion, one should meditate on that emptiness bodhi. How should one meditate? In this, there is not even a little bit of the grasped and the grasper that can be examined. It is not uniquely existent, from non-duality it appears as duality, and with the confusion of one's own mind, it generates various appearances, and one thinks of it like a dream and so on. With the various appearances of one's own mind, one eliminates the characteristics of confusion that appear as duality, and one sees only clarity, boundlessness, and non-duality, like a clear crystal. The second is "seed gathering." That is, one's own mind, which is boundless, is gathered into the heart in non-duality, and one sees it as if it has become like a circle of the rising sun. On top of that, one contemplates the seed syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)with a garland of blazing rays of light, and from that seed syllable, one extensively emanates Vajra Mother and Gauri and so on, and gathering them into that seed syllable itself is seed gathering, and one meditates on that. The third is "image completion." That is, that seed syllable itself is.
