The door. The so-called sixteen transformations refer to half of the breath flowing through each of the two nostrils. Day and night transform into sixteen transformations. Sixty-four digits refer to day and night. Two digits are one hour. Thirty-two hours in a day and night. A quarter of a phase is one hour. Four phases are one day or one night, meaning one day and one night is eight phases. The verses within this are: Four phases at night, and also during the day. One-fourth of a phase is one hour. Two digits are one hour. Breath goes in and out from the two nostrils. Six breaths are one life. Fifty lives are, breaths are three and three-fourths. Moving north and south, in the initial day and night. Therefore, the increase and decrease of day and night, until the initial other movement. Similarly, day and night, each day decreases by one digit. Accompanied by one-fourth of the intense breath, in the increase and decrease of each transformation, one-third, one-fourth, one-sixth of the breath, are used for day and night. Thus, here it shows the breath moving in two channels, thereby transferring the mandala. As it is said in the Kalacakra Tantra: Fire and wind, as well as the great powerful one and water, the mandala is always moving by these. Above, stacked, straight, below, become the king of the great powerful one. Water makes all things perfectly accomplished. Fire causes death to occur. Wind causes wealth to be exhausted. Thus it is said. There are many such statements, but I will stop due to fear of verbosity. When explaining the six types of mindfulness of exhaling and inhaling, in order to stabilize the mind, it is necessary to overcome the wind. As it is said in the Abhidharma: Counting, following, and abiding, after the nature is transformation, completely pure is also like that, entering and arising are considered mindfulness. The so-called entering is inhaling, it is the entering wind. Arising is the arising wind. The wisdom that focuses on this is the mindfulness of entering and arising, the cause of mindfulness itself is called mindfulness. The so-called counting is withdrawing the mind from the body and mind, focusing the mind solely on inhaling and exhaling, and counting.

Therefore, counting from one to ten should be done again and again. Here are three errors: incomplete counting, such as considering two as one; counting too much, such as considering one as two; reversing the count, such as considering inhalation as exhalation and exhalation as inhalation. Other than that, it is correct counting. Even when distracted, one should start counting from the beginning until samadhi is attained. The so-called "following" means letting the breath enter effortlessly, entering successively into the armpits, heart, navel, lower waist, thighs, and calves, until the feet. Exhalation reaches a span or up to a fathom's distance. The so-called "abiding" means abiding from the tip of the nose to the toes, like seeing a string of jewels. Here one can see benefits, reductions, coldness, and warmth, and so on. The so-called "nature" means that here it is not just the breath, but also a detailed observation of the four great elements, what is made from the four great elements, mind and mental factors, and the five aggregates. The so-called "reversal" means reversing the mind that focuses on the breath, correctly combining with the roots of virtue from above to above, until combining with the highest Dharma, and the initial combination. The so-called "complete purification" means correctly combining with the path of seeing, etc., and with the supreme mandala king, etc. Now, in order to have more faith in the nature of Bodhicitta as Hevajra, in order to approximately represent its causes and other states, therefore, to stabilize the inner yoga and to combine the fierce fire residing in the navel chakra with the seed and bindu of Hevajra in a way that descends into the heart, in order to explain the inner self-nature fire offering of the burning offering of Bodhicitta, therefore, "fierce fire" and so on are explained. The initial letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) constantly resides in the navel chakra, is the fierce fire of the Bhagavan selflessness mother with violent nature. The so-called "burning" refers to the nature of the fire of desire. The so-called "burning" means is burning. The so-called "five" refers to Vairochana Buddha, etc.
