Moreover, for consciousness, neither the past nor the future exists. Only the extremely minute instant is its essence. Therefore, what is samsara? What is called samsara? What is the karma of samsara? These do not exist. Therefore, samsara is shown to be non-existent. Therefore, nirvana also does not exist. Since these two do not exist, the intermediate state also cannot be determined. Therefore, understanding the nature of samsara and so on is called self-nature joy. Therefore, it is shown to be impossible to express in other words and impossible to obtain from elsewhere. How then can such wisdom be understood? Therefore, through the respect and service of the guru, etc., due to the power of habituating to the accumulation of merit, the mind becomes virtuous and one will meet the true guru, who will show the path. Through habituating to this, it will become one's own understanding. In the instant that wisdom free from obscurations arises, all things will be understood. Therefore, all things are one. Therefore, it is shown that all arise from self-nature joy. Such wisdom arises through constant habituation. In order to understand it, these words should be shown. The yogi who contemplates in this way, and so on, is shown. Roots, trees, Imo, and so on, are manifestations of consciousness, not of others. If all manifestations arise from consciousness, then why do outsiders not understand? The answer is that because they have been clinging to externality since beginningless time, they cannot understand. The yogi who possesses equality of taste and habituation will accomplish all activities. How will it be accomplished? Therefore, these words should be shown: Through conceptualization, karma will arise. This means that the yogi who abides in the samadhi of self-nature joy, whatever he conceptualizes for the benefit of sentient beings, all activities will be accomplished. Here, "karma" refers to activities such as pacification. All manifestations and all conceptualizations and all karmas, all of these will be accomplished by the yogi just mentioned. Therefore, these words should be shown: Self-gathering self

Thus it is done. Thus and so on have all been shown. "Wisdom arising from the source of Dharma" refers to the wisdom born from the union of Vajra and Padma. "Possessing skillful means" refers to possessing the yoga of the deity. This shows the cause for the arising of wisdom. Furthermore, the causes for the arising of wisdom are: movement, not abandoning camphor, and the power of meditation. By the power of these, what kind of wisdom will arise? It is separated from all elaborations, separated from both past and future, self-aware, unable to be expressed in words to others, able to directly perceive all things, knowing all non-material things, the wisdom of past, future, and present. This is the nature just mentioned. The commentary on the eighth chapter of the Hevajra Tantra, created by Padma'i Myugu Dorje, is complete. Chapter Nine: Explanation of the Chapter on Purification. The six faculties refer to the eye faculty and so on. The five aggregates refer to the form aggregate and so on. Among these, the form aggregate refers to the faculties, the five objects, and the previous forms, the explanation of the two aspects and so on, as well as the four great elements, the basis of the eye faculty and so on, and the past forms and so on, all of which are called the form aggregate. The feeling aggregate refers to pleasure, pain, and equanimity. Furthermore, the eighteen kinds of feelings arising from the contact of the eye faculty and so on, and the immeasurable feelings such as past feelings, are called the feeling aggregate. Perception refers to grasping at characteristics due to the aggregation of causes and conditions, and is called perception. Its cause is immeasurable things such as form. It is small, large, and immeasurable. It also includes the past, present, and future, and is called the perception aggregate. The aggregate of formations refers to everything that arises from the mind. Among these, what arises from the mind refers to faith and so on, as well as desire and so on, which also arise in dependence on the eye faculty and so on. All of these are called the aggregate of formations. The aggregate of consciousness refers to the six consciousnesses, such as eye consciousness. It also
