I abide in concentration, supreme bliss, generating joy, During the period of being free from attachment, the nature of the wisdom that arises is attachment, Free from attachment, and the middle, that is, free from the three. That is also the nature of bliss that is self-realized and without afflictions. That is called the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. According to the oral instructions of the Guru, such wisdom will arise. That which remains as long as samsara exists, Immeasurably knowing the minds of sentient beings, thereby benefiting them. Such understanding is called the fourth empowerment. Since there is no higher supreme wisdom than that, the four empowerments are explained.
