That which is called "thus" refers to the center of the mandala. That which is called "should be contemplated" refers to contemplating the seat of the fifteen deities, the vast field. What should be contemplated? Contemplate the lotus pericarp, the eight petals, the four doors, and the tips of the eastern lotus petals and the tips of the western lotus petals. That which is called "upon it" refers to the place above the main deity of the place, that is, upon it. That which is called "transformed into a moon" refers to contemplating the moon from the melting of A, etc. That which is called "then pressed by the sun completely" refers to contemplating the solar disc from the melting of Ka, etc. That which is called "upon that seed" refers to aṃ(藏文,梵文 देवनागरी,梵文罗马拟音 aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ) and hūṃ(藏文,梵文 देवनागरी,梵文罗马拟音 hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). From transforming all of these, contemplate Vajrasattva. What is Vajrasattva like? That which is called "face and hand gestures, like a son" is said to be in accordance with the form of the fruit. If the form and face, etc., of the deity who has become the fruit are the same, what is the difference? The difference will be shown. Therefore, it is said, "The color of moonlight and jewel is the same." This sentence is to show this difference: the seat of the form of the cause is the lunar disc. His body is the same color as the moon. It is also shown that the rays are also the same as the rays of the moon. The form of the fruit has the seat of the sun and is endowed with the rays of the sun. That which is called "the body arising from the letters," etc., that which is called arising from the letters, refers to the body of Vajrasattva. At the time of equal union of that body, making the bodhicitta stiff, do not contemplate hūṃ(藏文,梵文 देवनागरी,梵文罗马拟音 hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) and phaṭ(藏文,梵文 देवनागरी,梵文罗马拟音 phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phaṭ). In order not to contemplate it, it is said, "The union of moon and sun, without duality." That is the union of bodhicitta and the self-arisen flower. That which is called "Gauri, etc." shows joy from those just mentioned. What are Gauri, etc.? They are the deities of the mandala of the eight-faced one, etc. The meaning of this will be explained in detail, because Gauri, etc., arise from the union of sun and moon, therefore it is said, "By the nature of skillful means and wisdom," etc. Skillful means and wisdom are equally united, and it is said from distinguishing between the moon and the sun. Those body colors are distinguished separately.

Etc., one must refer to the central principal deity to understand the individual distinctions of those. The definite term "Gauri," etc., should be understood as the fruit of arising similarity to selflessness mother, etc. In order to obtain the fruit of maturation, the sense bases such as the eye should be blessed. Therefore, it is said, "First, contemplate black," etc. Alternatively, "Thus, detachment ends," etc., is to bless the four wheels and show the fruit of producing a male. In order to abandon all perversions and generate non-perversion, the generation stage should be explained. What is the generation stage? It is said, "As is the generation stage." In conventional truth, it shows that actions are performed on the entities of cause and effect. "Similarly to the completion stage" means abiding in completion and self-established nature. "After all, natural joy" means that only one non-conceptual wisdom is the cause, and there is no dependence on others. This is called natural joy. "Supreme bliss joy is existence" means that the wisdom with attachment is called supreme bliss joy. This is shown as existence. Wisdom free from attachment, like a fire extinguished, nirvana is called detachment, all transcendence. Abiding in equanimity is called only intermediate joy. For those who are free from these three, it is said, "The nature of these is abandoned." This shows natural joy. If being free from these three is natural joy, then samsara and nirvana are equanimity. If these three are abandoned and it is appropriate to express it with other words, then why is natural joy shown in relation to these three? As an answer to this, it is said, "Nature cannot be shown by others, it cannot be obtained anywhere." This is not other than the words of samsara, etc. Nature is not other than samsara, etc., it cannot be obtained from others. Why cannot it be obtained from others? Non-virtue is samsara, and it is not different from consciousness.
