"What binds the world?" This refers to the knowledge bound by the darkness of this and that conceptualization, which is the appearance of that very knowledge, it will liberate itself. The commentary on the ninth chapter of the Hevajra Tantra, composed by Padmamitra Vajra, is complete. Tenth Chapter, Explanation of the Empowerment Chapter. "In the house of the Bodhisattva." This refers to the charnel ground. "Or in any place there." This means that through the causes of skillful means and wisdom, accomplishment will be attained. For this, lineage is not a valid measure. "The mask of the Mudra Mother" should be shown in the context of explaining the four empowerments. The nature of innate bliss has already been explained in the chapter where great yoginis should gather. Here, it is explained for the sake of the disciples' understanding, so it will not be a fault of repetition. "Or abandon everything." Etc., refers to attachment and non-attachment being examined by inverted conceptualizations. When that conceptualization ceases, that too will cease. When those two cease, the intermediate one is also not seen. Therefore, innate bliss is abandoned by those three. Or the nature of what was just said should be understood; how should it be understood? One should understand it oneself as being free from all elaboration, and it cannot be expressed to others. Having abandoned that, innate bliss cannot be found elsewhere. Therefore, innate bliss is the nature of the three blisses. "In the supreme bliss of play." This refers to samadhi without conceptualization. By attaining that, one will be free from conceptualizations such as grasping. "Two natures" refers to the two innate blisses due to the distinction between skillful means and wisdom. Nature is perfect enlightenment. "Emptiness" refers to all phenomena being invisible. "Compassion" refers to liberating all beings from samsara. That which is the nature of liberating with an object is called compassion. How can emptiness without an object and compassion with an object become one? That is not a fault, because the samadhi that possesses emptiness is called emptiness. That is the nature of appearance.
