one will be freed from attachment. Thus, even if one is free from attachment to the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, one cannot completely abandon actions. Therefore, not thinking of actions and afflictions, merely the reversal of the aggregates is called nirvana. The center is just complete joy. This, called complete joy, is also attachment because it is merely for the sake of happiness. Those born together abandon these. Abandoning complete joy, supreme joy, and distinct joy is liberation. Although that is so, to show the nature of being born together, it is said: Not taught by others, born together. And so on. Because the guru and others cannot show the thusness of being born together, because it is not the object of all verbal concepts. How then should one know? It is said: From merit, it is called self. And so on. This refers to the close manifestation of the guru lineage through one's own merit, and one should understand the reversed instructions of mantra, that is, one should experience it oneself. Or again: From merit, it is called self. This refers to obtaining the mudra from one's own well-perfected continuum. Therein, relying closely on the guru lineage means that from the guru's instructions, through familiarity with it, one closely attains what is called "instigating sin," slightly moving the root, fingers, and tongue, and as the ritual is, one's own vajra becomes manifest, and for those who possess great merit, great bliss will definitely arise. Because all beings arise from me. This means that it is not another cause, not without cause, not pervaded by another, not another nature, nor without nature, all of which are thoroughly explained here. Thus, and so on, means that having fully understood the explained completion stage, one should practice through familiarity, and through meditation and conformity, one should relax the mind and body. That is the meaning to be expressed. Very focused means possessing sharp faculties. Accomplishment means that as explained, in this very life, one will fully accomplish the nature of bliss. How

If asked what it is like, it is like the phrase "Even a person with little merit," meaning even a person with little power of merit. What did they do? It is that in all circumstances, they meditated on the suchness of all dharmas, which is self-awareness. In this way, it will also be clarified by "previous bliss" and so on. Regarding "stable and" etc., whatever is stable or moving dharma, one meditates on the nature of great bliss that is inseparable from one's own continuum. It is also said, "Together with one's own form," which means to contemplate oneself as the nature of the bliss of the deity. If that is the case, then the channels and so on themselves are not the self-aware nature of supreme great bliss, because they are inanimate objects. Therefore, it is said, "These are one, there is no other," which is easy to understand. Regarding "Siddhis arise from self-awareness" etc., if self-awareness, that is, meditating on the completion stage, produces siddhis as stated, then why is the nature of "not very long nor short, not very black nor white" etc. explained? Indeed. For those who are of inferior faculties, whose afflictions such as desire have become bliss, and who are unable to meditate on the great mudra that possesses all excellent aspects, this action mudra is explained in order to understand how to obtain the vows and precepts mentioned in the tantras, while for others, the great mudra, which is the wisdom mudra, is explained. It is also said: "Through familiarizing oneself with the wisdom mudra, abandon the woman with bodhicitta, and from that perfect wisdom, the great mudra will be accomplished." "The nature of actions is self-awareness," that is, whatever slight action of body, speech, and mind, or even afflictions, all of these are self-awareness itself. "Arising from harmful actions," that is, for others, through hearing, remembering, seeing, hearing, and touching, harm will be caused to sentient beings, and because of falling away from one's own samadhi, therefore, due to this cause, one will be born into other existences, that is, one will go through many lifetimes.
