The blessing of wisdom is the fierce mother, and the upward movement of the wind of perfect union is burning. The so-called five Tathagatas are the manifestations of the five aggregates, and burning is clarity. Eyes and so on also refer to the realms and sources; thus, it shows the burnt offerings that have become the substance of the aggregates and so on. Burning refers to the complete burnt offering and firewood, and should be made into a Vajra body with the seed syllable haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: హం). The downward-facing haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: హం) is the nature of a ladle. Dripping refers to the nature of a full fire offering, from which the stream of Bodhicitta essence drips, becoming pleased and granting the desired fruit. The so-called Vajra Family Chapter, Vajra is the mind. That itself is the family, because it becomes the nature of all dharmas. Its samadhi is like coarse cloth, because it obscures and protects the minds of those to be tamed. Because it takes and holds, whatever is the collection of scriptures is the Vajra Family Chapter, the first chapter. In the Difficult Commentary on Hevajra, "The Source of Memory," composed by Acharya Krishna, the explanation of the first chapter is complete. Second, explaining the Mantra Chapter. Without worldly union, beings cannot be led into transmundane Dharma. To show this, the Mantra Chapter and so on are taught. The Mantra Chapter is the collection of mantras. Explanation means as according to its ritual. For all activities such as pacifying, one should first offer a torma with mantra before entering. To show this, from the Mantra Chapter, the mantra of the torma is first shown, namely akāro mukhaṃ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་, Devanagari: अकारोमुखं, Romanized Sanskrit: akāro mukhaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿字是口) and so on, which makes the torma completely pure and perfect. After that, for activities such as slightly pacifying, one should meditate in this way, and mainly prioritize reciting its mantra as a preliminary. To show this, bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྲུཾ་, Devanagari: भ्रुं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 种子字) and so on are the seeds of the Tathagatas that are taught. Because all completely pure dharmas are taught in this tantra, it is the main one.

Therefore, below that, the mantra of the sixteen-armed deity, such as Om Dewa Bicu Bajra (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་དེ་ཝ་བི་ཙུ་བཛྲ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: ), is spoken. The remaining arms, such as the second arm, are shown for the sake of taming. The words of the mantra, etc., are a display of the common characteristics of all mantras. A Phu (Tibetan: ཨ་ཕུཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: ), etc., is the ritual for rainmaking. With the two syllables A Phu (Tibetan: ཨ་ཕུཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: ), first emanate the image of the boundless, draw the mandala as instructed in the manual, and in its center, draw the sixteen-armed deity who subdues the boundless. Some mandala masters also believe that the images of the guardians of their respective directions should be drawn as being subdued. After that, the Vajra Acharya, with the yoga of the eight-faced deity as a preliminary, should bring down the rain by reciting the mantra that causes the Nagas to move, such as Ghu Tya Ghu Tya (Tibetan: གྷུ་ཊྱ་གྷུ་ཊྱ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: ). Vajra Mother, etc., for the seven types of actions such as harmful deeds, one should visualize the seven Yoginis, such as Vajra Mother, each with their own seed syllables and symbols, from the actions and the corresponding forms, colors, and the nature of the seat with splendor, and accomplish these actions. Killing is a general explanation here, and the rituals will be explained separately in detail in other chapters of this tantra. The explanation of the second chapter from "The Difficult Points of Hevajra by Acharya Black", called "The Source of Remembrance", is completed. Third Chapter: Explanation of the Chapter on Deities. Because the yoga of the deities is not realized, The ordinary appearance cannot be completely reversed. To show this, the Chapter on Deities, etc., is taught. First, cultivate loving-kindness. Loving-kindness is the mind that truly gathers friends, neutrals, and enemies without discrimination, with benefit and happiness. Second, cultivate compassion. Compassion is the desire to liberate all sentient beings from the ocean of suffering, without regard for body and life. Third, cultivate joy. With a mind of love and benefit, wishing all sentient beings to be free from all suffering.
