If one wishes to easily subdue sentient beings who are difficult to tame, it is not possible. Therefore, it is taught, beginning with "the view of the wrathful equal one." If one cultivates the four views extremely well, the result is taught, such as "those who cultivate the four views," etc., meaning those who have accomplished the four views, such as downfalls, will lead all sentient beings to the three vehicles. Here, "one should not kill" means that it is only necessary to introduce them to the Buddha's teachings, and one should not kill them. This is the concluding statement. "One will utterly violate the samaya," the samaya is compassion because it equally engages all sentient beings. To violate it is to be utterly separated from it. "One should do all things that should not be done" means that one who possesses great compassion should accumulate the roots of virtue of all sentient beings without exception and introduce them to the teachings. If one equally performs the ten virtues, then what need is there to mention others? Also, "one should abandon deceiving sentient beings," sentient beings refers to those who do not have faith in the teachings. Deceiving refers to accumulating roots of virtue from higher to higher. Abandoning refers to discarding the cause of obstacles. "Merely by harming sentient beings," etc., means that by harming sentient beings, one will not attain the siddhi of the mudra, but by benefiting sentient beings, all siddhis will be attained. "From the seven chakras, siddhi will occur" refers to flying in the sky. "Refuting great joy" means that if one attains the siddhi of flying in the sky, one will always be joyful by uniting with the daughters of the vidyadharas. This great joy refutes the nature of being free from desire, meaning it destroys it. "Sweet voice" refers to possessing a profound and sweet voice that manifestly pleases all sentient beings and captivates their minds. "Beautiful eyes" refers to possessing wide eyes that satisfy all sentient beings. "Fragrance" refers to being perfectly endowed with the unparalleled fragrance of the bodhisattva's discipline. "Great light body" refers to a body that is neither extremely large nor extremely long, neither extremely short nor extremely long, but pleasing like Jambunada gold.

The body with the nature of golden color is praised by all beings. The so-called "seven shadows" refers to the fact that people constantly experience seven rebirths in samsara, manifesting seven kinds of appearances. The so-called "its" refers to even a small amount of things like meat in that way. The so-called "merely eating" means that if you taste the well-practiced substance with the sense of taste that can taste the flavor, you can obtain the accomplishment as it is said. The so-called "brief" means only showing the mantra, but here it is only a separate instruction. The detailed explanation can be found in the twelfth chapter. In the "Difficult Explanation of Hevajra Tantra - The Source of Remembrance" written by Acharya Krishnacharya, the explanation of the eleventh chapter is completed, that is, the explanation of the first chapter is complete.
