English

One should relax the body and mind. That is its meaning. "Very equanimity" means having sharp senses. Accomplishment means that, as it is taught, in this very life one will completely attain the nature of bliss. For example, even a person with little merit, it is because of the weakness of merit. What is done? It is by meditating on the suchness of all dharmas, which is self-awareness, in all circumstances. In this way, it will also be clearly shown by "past happiness" and so on. "Steadfast" and so on, means meditating on the nature of great bliss, which is inseparable from one's own continuum, whatever is the nature of steadfast and moving dharmas. It is also said, "Together with one's own form," that is, to contemplate oneself as the nature of the deity's bliss. If that is the case, then the roots and so on themselves will become not self-aware, the nature of unsurpassed great bliss, because they are form without mind. Therefore, it is said, "They are one, there is no other," which is easy to understand. "From self-awareness comes accomplishment," and so on, if it is said that through self-awareness, that is, practicing the completion stage, one can attain the aforementioned accomplishment, then why is the nature of "neither extremely long nor extremely short, neither extremely black nor extremely white" and so on taught? Indeed. For those who have inferior faculties, whose afflictions such as desire are transformed into bliss, and who are unable to practice the great mudra that possesses all excellent aspects, this action mudra is taught in order to understand how to obtain the vows and precepts spoken of in the tantras.

This "ba" refers to these phenomena that appear as distinct and separate, and because they are free from one and many, they are emptiness. The phrase "one instant is supreme joy" means that one instant is the nature of appearance. Supreme joy refers to transforming into the nature of great bliss, which is non-dual. "Self-awareness" means that these are luminous by their own nature, because they constantly arise in that way. "Wisdom" refers to being non-material, which is the very nature of non-conceptualization. "Transcending the path of speech" means that it is not the domain of all conceptualizations of names, signs, and speech. "The order of self-blessing" means that pure practices such as mantras abide in the mind by their own nature. "Omniscient wisdom is its nature" means that the wisdom of all-knowing is without attachment or obstruction to all things, and these are also its nature. "Earth" and so on, "in an instant" refers to the instant of manifest enlightenment. "Earth and so on do not harm" means that wisdom does not give rise to its own object of appearance, nor does it give rise to the object of appearance of others. If asked, how is this known? The answer is, to show its nature. It is said in the scriptures, "the heavenly realm, the human realm," and so on, that in that supreme instant, the three realms also become complete as one. "Self and other are different" and so on, means that there, self and other and all conceptualizations cannot harm it. "All Vedic tenets" means that it also transcends the limits of what others have completely realized. "The accumulation of actions" means that it also transcends the limits of what others have completely established. It is the perfect combination of the accumulation of actions and so on. "These do not accomplish" refers to the nature of Mahamudra. "Existence becomes pure" means that they merely generate purity, which will become better. This is the meaning. "If one does not realize" and so on, if one does not realize the wisdom shown previously, then in this life and in future lives, one does not possess the accomplishment of the nature of skillful means and wisdom. Therefore, it is said, joyful
