For those who cannot meditate on the emptiness of supreme bliss, which is the nature of method and wisdom, for that reason, here is shown a brief summary of the pure divisions of the aggregates and so forth, and the divisions of the generation stage in intermediate and extensive forms. As it is said: "Intelligent ones should first meditate on the generation stage, and constantly, mantras and mudras, completely pure ornaments and armor, all of these need not be explicitly recited. Clearly possessing from the outside, and continuously, even for a single instant, with the same mind, one should constantly contemplate the meditation of the completion stage, great bliss, destroying samsara. Like that, just by meditating on the completion stage, all the accomplishments of the supreme yogis will be quickly perfected. It should be understood like that. Some explain that the generation stage and the completion stage should not be distinguished, because they say, as it is said: Where is bliss without a body? and so forth. In order to show the four divisions of coemergent joy, namely, all-joy and so forth. As it is said, in order to dispel ordinary conceptualization, the Bhagavan Vajrasattva who truly arises from the samadhi of the five wisdoms is all-joy. Supreme joy yogini, because through the union called supreme joy yogini, supreme joy will arise, therefore, that is also called supreme joy. Desire-joy without remainder, this refers to the fact that before all the Tathagatas without remainder enter, this which arises from the form of the melted bodhicitta, becoming all the mandala deities, is completely pure. By the means of that bliss, knowing all, this refers to knowing all that bliss through the means of wisdom and prajna, that is the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara who has become the fruit, and because it is the nature of constant awakening, therefore that is also coemergent joy. Supreme joy samsara and so forth, supreme joy is because of the nature of desire, samsara arises from supreme joy, like that, desire with attachment and unpleasant karma.

All diligently create, and will be transformed into the states of good and bad destinies. The characteristic of complete purity as stated in 'Nirvana Completely Pure' is the wisdom that is free from desire and in which all senses flourish. For states that have the nature of desire, one will be free from desire. In this way, if desire, form, and the formless realms are all free from desire, then actions cannot be completely abandoned either. Therefore, if one does not keep actions and afflictions in mind, merely reversing the aggregates and so on is called nirvana. The center is merely universal joy. The so-called universal joy is also desire that arises solely for the sake of pleasure. Abandon these through co-emergence. The abandonment of universal joy, supreme joy, and various joys is liberation. Although this is so, in order to show the nature of co-emergence, it is said: Not taught by others, it is co-emergent. And so on, teachers and so on cannot show the reality of co-emergence, because it is not the domain of all linguistic concepts. Then how should it be understood? It is said: In merit, it is called self. And so on, from one's own merit, the lineage of the guru is approximately shown, and for this, one should know that the action of mantra is the reversed oral instruction, that is, one must experience it oneself. Or again: In merit, it is called self. What is said is that from the well-made continuum of oneself, one obtains the mudra. Among these, approaching the lineage of the guru refers to obtaining approximately from the guru's oral instructions through familiarity with that thing, slightly shaking the root fingers and tongue called sin, like the ritual, one's own vajra manifests, and for those who possess great merit, great bliss will certainly arise. Because all beings arise from me. What is said is not another cause, nor is it without cause, nor is it pervaded by another, nor is it another nature, nor is it without nature, etc., here it is diligently shown in this way. Like this and so on, after fully understanding the complete stage of how it is shown, one must become familiar, that is, through meditation and accordance.
