Ma o! Thus it is said. Therefore, in this Yogini Tantra, those who are Vajra Dakinis, for the sake of the ignorant, like cattle, one should not pray to the enlightened wise ones for the sake of secret meaning. Why is that? For the sake of protecting sentient beings, the Lord of the Three Realms manifested them in the world. Therefore, those who possess supreme compassion protect the worlds and hate the practitioners who delude the world. If they have committed actions such as killing, if the object to be accomplished dies by the power of the action, then this is the demon of the practitioner, due to the pride of "I killed him." Also, in the chapter of the sister goddess Ganga of the glorious Prajnaparamita, it is said: If one does not see all dharmas as like a dream, the Bhagavan said, then his karma will not accumulate, nor will it increase. Shariputra, endowed with life, if that person, after waking up, if he always discriminates and generates the thought of killing, his karma will accumulate or increase. Why is that? Shariputra, endowed with life, because he discriminates and generates the thought of killing. If he kills in a dream and then wakes up, thinking: Alas, I killed, I killed well, I killed very well, I killed. If he discriminates in this way, his karma will accumulate or increase. Even if the Buddha Bhagavan discriminates and generates the thought of exhaustion, then his karma will also accumulate or increase. In the glorious Hevajra Tantra, in the condensed commentary on the difficult points of the essence of the Vajra words, requested by the great Kashmiri Acharya Sthavira Dulva Pal She Shen, the second chapter is the chapter on mantras. Third: The Chapter on Deities. Now, the chapter on deities will be explained. Because it arises in the body, etc., it is also said in the glorious Stainless Light, because the body is the nature of the five elements, and conventional bliss truly arises, therefore it is called a deity.

This should be done. It is also said in the Glorious Vajra Amrita Tantra: Why is it called a deity? Because beings reside in the body. It is called an achiever because of realization. For self-realization, one's own self is the deity. Therefore, it is called a deity. First, one should cultivate loving-kindness. This means having the thought of benefiting and bringing happiness to relatives, ordinary people, and enemies, which is loving-kindness. Second is compassion, which means wishing that all sentient beings could be freed from suffering and the causes of suffering, even willing to use one's own body and life to help them, which is compassion. Third, one should cultivate joy. This means rejoicing in the benefits others have obtained, which is joy. Fourth, one should cultivate equanimity. This means being able to let go of the faults of others, which is called maintaining equanimity towards everything. Now, after making preparations such as cleaning, sit comfortably on a soft cushion outside. Then, make pills with the nature of ten substances and put them in your mouth. Then, fill the entire sky with the rays of light from the (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable in your heart. According to your aspiration, visualize the venerable chief, including the guru, buddhas, and bodhisattvas, embracing your own wisdom consort. The eight mothers surround them, appearing in the sky. Then, let those rays of light return and enter your heart, and from the (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable, emanate eight goddesses to make offerings to the Bhagavan. Here, those who are invited and their companions are joyful, holding all kinds of ornaments, the eight goddesses make offerings. Gauri holds the mark of a goat, a vessel for overcoming thieves and demons. Rolangma is the wife of a sailor. Ghasmari holds medicine. Pukkasi holds a vajra. Similarly, the mother who lives in the mountains holds a corpse. Dholima plays the hand drum. Yungma dances with desire. The moon is semen, the sun is dust. Water is said to be immovable. Medicine is meat and intoxicants. The vajra is explained as Vairochana. The corpse is properly explained as the six tastes. Goka and others are powerful hand drums. The dance is a drink of beer. This is explained as the eight vows. Yogis use these to offer to the chief Heruka and his retinue. Then, in front of him, the mantra reciter takes refuge in the Three Jewels and confesses sins.
