This is the (teaching) of Heruka Vajradhara. What is the difference? Great bliss, that is, his great bliss, the Selfless Mother, is the meaning of "Oh." Therefore, Heruka, in union, possesses non-dual wisdom. Even without practicing the Selfless Mother with mudra, this is non-dual wisdom. Effortlessly, that is, without action, it naturally becomes the nature of the born one. Therefore, it is said: The yogi who can clarify, why does the mudra attain accomplishment? Why is it so, that is, for this reason, the yogi possesses non-dual wisdom. The accomplishment of the mudra will become the Great Mudra. What is the difference? Able to clarify, that is, it is both clear and able, therefore it is called able to clarify. Whoever possesses it is able to clarify. His mudra has the meaning of clarity. Therefore, it is said: Birth and destruction also, do not harm wisdom and means. Wisdom is the mudra, means is the yogi. Neither is harmed, for what reason? Birth and destruction, that is, arising and ceasing, that is, birth and death are not harmed. Or, birth is existent, destruction is non-existent. They are wisdom and means, only the nature of existent and non-existent. Because it is the wisdom of Vajradhara, it is not harmed, and it will not become discrimination at all. Because of bliss. Why is means arising? Destruction is wisdom, causing the end of existence. Means is Vajradhara, arising is arising in the true nature, it is the nature of conventional truth. Destruction is Nirvana, wisdom is ultimate truth. Only the nature of the two truths is Vajradhara. Causing the end of existence, that is, existence is birth, the end is destruction, possessing the "Kam" wisdom of the nature of birth and destruction, therefore it is called causing the end of existence. Or, "Kam" is causing the end of existence, samsara, therefore causing the end of existence is wisdom. It means that existence and Nirvana are inseparable, that is, the Selfless Mother. Therefore, this has no extreme destruction.

From that nature, there is no birth; those that exist are destined to perish due to destruction. Since there is no destruction, there is no end. Therefore, Vajradhara himself has no destruction and no passing into sorrow. Why? From that nature, there is no birth, from its own nature, meaning all dharmas are inherently unborn. Whatever has the nature of birth is destined to perish, but because of the nature of being unborn from the beginning, there is no birth, so there is no destruction and no end. Why is that? Whatever is subject to ending is definitely from destruction. Because that does not exist, birth and destruction themselves do not exist. Therefore, there is absolutely no harm in any way. This is the meaning of the explanation of these two verses. Therefore, by the yoga of the generation stage, one should meditate on elaborations, possessing pure conduct, Having made elaborations like a dream, Through elaborations, one makes non-elaboration. Generation means birth, Perfectly pure in the form of a deity. The generation stage is attained by that, yoga is union. By the yoga of the generation stage, by meditating on the wheel of the mandala, one should meditate on elaborations, such as the aggregates of form, and enter into samadhi. Possessing pure conduct means the nature of certainty of two kinds of purity. Having made elaborations like a dream through the yoga of the deity, Whatever elaborations, through the forms of the deity, make non-elaboration. One should realize the aggregates of form, etc., as inseparable. This means that when the aggregates of form, etc., are completely tamed and habituated through the form of the deity, and when it becomes manifest, like water and milk, although there is difference, it also arises without difference in an instant. Alternatively, the term "generation" refers to perfect wisdom. Its sequence is attainment, which is also yoga, where wisdom and method are inseparable. By the yoga of the generation stage, by attaining perfect wisdom, and by realizing non-duality, elaboration means scattering, making non-elaboration means gathering, so one should abide. This very nature of scattering and gathering is the meaning of wisdom. What is this like? Therefore, it is said: Like illusion, like a dream.
