The inseparability of wisdom and means is neither male nor female, and it also abides in various ways. From what does it abide? It abides from face, hand, color, and form. The term 'face and hand' refers to face, hands, and so on. The term 'color' refers to black, yellow, and so on. The term 'form' refers to various differences such as humans, and it abides in that order. In what does it abide? In the moment of completion at the time of mere birth. Or what else? 'At the time of mere birth' refers to the state of conception within the lotus goddess, and so on. If it does not represent it in this way, then how? The speaker says: The word 'also' is used in the sense of 'for what reason.' For what reason do ordinary habits not know the ordinary? The habits of those are the cause of it. Those who possess wisdom, their nature becomes semen, and those who speak of the nature of face, hands, color, and form as ordinary are no longer seen. How is this? Therefore, it is shown by example. By any piece of poison, all beings will die. By knowing the nature of that poison, poison can penetrate poison. For a while, the power of poison, merely by eating it, all sentient beings will die. If one fully knows the nature of poison, then that poison can penetrate poison, which means it can eliminate it. This should be regarded as uncommon. Furthermore, how is it said? Just as for one seized by wind, one should give peas to eat. By considering it as medicine and reversing it, wind is calmed by wind. For one seized by wind disease, eating peas will increase the fault. To that, one should give food of peas, and from that, their wind disease will be calmed. Here, 'by considering it as medicine and reversing it' means that reversal is medicine, because what causes faults is what causes merit. Merit, when cultivated without skillful means, turns into a fault. Fault, when cultivated with skillful means, turns into merit. That is what is said: Existence is purified by existence, by separately distinguishing each distinction. Just as when water enters the ear, it is drawn out by other water. Likewise, existence and distinction are also, certainly purified by various aspects. Existence and birth are the conventional truth.

O! Therefore, through realizing that existence itself is pure, and that arising itself is the nature of no-arising. The conventional truth itself is the ultimate truth. Discrimination refers to the attachment to things, which is thinking about the conventional truth. That is, through individual thinking, from each and every thought, it arises from the complete purification of the deity's form. Or, what is discrimination? Discrimination is the wisdom without discrimination, which is neutral, and is the complete purification of suchness. Through individual thinking, that is, from each and every thought, it arises from the purification of the deity. The purification of the deity is the purification of suchness, which means that the generation stage itself is the meaning of the completion stage. Just as water enters the ear, it will be drawn out by other water. Similarly, the nature of existence, that is, the nature of samsara, discrimination must be purified by the forms of the deities. The samsara purified by the form of the deity, that is, the nature of the aggregates such as form, will become very pure and become the nature of the dharmadhatu, that is its meaning. Other examples are also given. Just as being burned, one will also be troubled by ashes. Similarly, being burned by the fire of desire, one will also be troubled by the fire of desire. It is the same in the world, being burned by fire, one will also be troubled by fire. Therefore, the suffering of those burned by fire will gradually subside. Similarly, desire is the characteristic of universal attachment. It itself is the cause of suffering, like fire. Being burned by it is becoming afflicted. The suffering of those afflictions should gradually subside. Through what to pacify it? Through the fire of desire, that is, the fire of universal attachment, that is, through the universal attachment of the complete purification of the deity's form. The fragment of poison refers to the fault caused by external objects, which is the characteristic of the universal attachment of the object. Just as being caught by the wind, etc., refers to the characteristic of the root consciousness attachment caused by the ego-grasping. Just as water enters the ear, etc., refers to the characteristic of the universal attachment of both internal and external nature, object and root consciousness. Just as being burned
