Because there is no impurity. For that very reason, it is free from dust and immaculate. For that very reason, it is emptiness, devoid of inherent existence. For that very reason, the nature of existence and non-existence, existence being samsaric phenomena and non-existence being nirvana, the nature of samsara and complete purification are inseparable. For that very reason, it is supremely wonderful, as it is not the domain of activity for shravakas and the like. Furthermore, what is the difference? It is said: "Skillful means and wisdom are completely mixed." Wisdom is the male, and skillful means is the female. Their special mixing is like milk and water, becoming a nature of non-duality. For that very reason, attachment and non-attachment are completely mixed. Attachment is the characteristic of complete attachment. Non-attachment is the complete abandonment of it, and abandonment is also attachment itself. Both gradually mix in a special way, becoming mixed, without desire and without non-attachment. One will not fixate on the Middle Way, and one will not realize it. This itself is called the co-emergent, genuine suchness. Alternatively, from the cause of self-awareness, it transforms into wisdom and is realized. That wisdom is also the mind itself, abandoning the correct awareness of self and other. The other is the object and the senses. Correct awareness is the characteristic of experiencing happiness and the like, abandoning the experience of happiness and the like generated by these objects, senses, and consciousnesses. What is the difference? Equanimity is the power of space. Being equal to it is because the qualities of clairvoyance, such as the divine eye, arise. That is also because the two stages of being free from dust have been made immaculate. Emptiness is the nature of suchness, having transcended all concepts and discriminations. That is also: "Having the nature of existence and non-existence." Existence is non-existence, because it has not arisen from the beginning, therefore existence is non-existence. Its nature is to become its own nature. Supremely wonderful, because it causes the attainment of perfect and complete enlightenment. Or what? From self-awareness comes wisdom, which is just joy. Abandoning the correct awareness of self and other is equanimity, the supreme joy. Freedom from dust is the joy of emptiness, the joy of detachment. Having the nature of existence and non-existence.

Actually, it is the supreme co-emergent joy, which is these four. How is it understood? It is said in the sutra: Method and wisdom are completely integrated, Vajradhara and the selflessness mother are non-dual and inseparable. Therefore, there are four: attachment and detachment are completely integrated. Attachment is the essence of the immeasurable light (Amitabha) Bodhicitta. Detachment is the complete abandonment of all attachments, which is the bliss of co-emergent joy. These are completely integrated, with the transcendent nature being non-dual and inseparable, which is not abandoning bliss. This is the statement in the sutra. Therefore, by being accustomed to the non-duality of wisdom and method, joy and so on will arise, and from that, the fourth one arises, which is Vajradhara, non-dual and inseparable from the selflessness mother. Now, in order to explain that all views are contained within correct wisdom, it is said: That is the life of beings. Vajradhara is the life of sentient beings, because it enters into life, so for the yogis of wind it is also the same, and for those who understand correctly it is accomplishment. Or, Vajradhara is the life of beings, and life is the mind. Because these exist in these, beings are Nada, and the life of these is also the mind related to Nada. Nada is also the master of the ten winds, and from that also arise the five senses and the five objects. The nature of those is also Vajradhara, body, speech, and mind, which is the non-duality of the three vajras, which is Vajradhara. That is the nature of the traveler. The so-called nature is the heart force of the proponents of nature, the equal existence of dust and darkness is nature, and the changes arising from nature are the travelers. The so-called nature of the traveler is also Vajradhara. Or, the so-called "this" is the nature of stability and movement being one. The so-called nature of the traveler is the changes of the aggregates, realms, and sources of the traveler's form and so on, and the one with the nature of aggregates and realms is the Bhagavan. Therefore, that pervades everything. The one who pervades everything with the nature of the traveler is the Bhagavan, and the one who pervades all travelers is nature.
