Tenth, Explanation of the Empowerment Chapter. Tenth, Explanation of the Empowerment Chapter. The two stages are extremely pure, very extremely pure, the nature of the Dharmadhatu, the true Suchness is practiced, in order to obtain the accomplishment of the Great Seal of Fruition, hence the two mandalas in the Union of the Yogini Chapter. Those two are of the nature, and in the Pure Chapter, the two stages are also clearly stated to be pure. Now, in order to explain the chapter on empowering disciples, it is said, as in the saying, "After empowering someone, then explain that." Without empowerment, Suchness cannot be shown, and even with empowerment, it cannot be truly accomplished without the mandala, hence the ritual of mandalas and empowerments is explained. Then, from this mandala, the four stages are truly explained in order. The ritual of empowering disciples with what, the ritual is also well explained. The meaning of "then" is that it is uninterrupted. The meaning of "from this" is that after the Pure Chapter, from this, the ritual of the mandala is well explained, and the ritual of the mandala should be shown. The ritual of the mandala, with what the disciple is empowered, empowering and indicating, is called empowerment. That ritual is also well explained. With this, there is no empowerment without seeing the mandala. Without empowerment, Suchness is not obtained. Without Suchness, the Great Seal is not accomplished. For the sake of accomplishment, Suchness is obtained, for that sake, empowerment, and for the sake of empowerment, it is the mandala, hence the meaning of the mandala is explained. The ground should be purified, the yogi, first with the nature of the deity, Oṃ rakṣa rakṣa, with the mantra of purification, the ground should be purified. First, before, the one with the nature of the deity, whose nature is only the deity, that is the one with the nature of the deity, meaning that the master himself is the nature of the deity's body. Also, the ground means Dharmadhatu, and to be purified means that the very extremely pure Dharmadhatu nature should abide as such. The yogi means the purity of Suchness and

It is the pure form of the deities. "Initially" means how it becomes inseparable. "Having the nature of a deity" means that a yogi who possesses the yoga of wisdom of the nature of a deity is one who has the nature of a deity. The nature of the five wisdoms and the three kayas is pure, meaning the wisdom body of the two wisdoms. Through effort, from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable) comes the Vajra-holder. Having done that, draw the mandala from the outside in. This is the completely purified land. Without interruption, the yogi should draw the mandala. "Through effort, having made the Vajra-holder from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable)" means that by the order of Repha first contemplating the sun, etc., it is the ground of Vajra nature, the Vajra tent, and the Vajra fence. This means contemplating the palace with the nature of Vajra, and then drawing the mandala in its center. Alternatively, "Having made the Vajra-holder from Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable)" means making the inseparable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable) syllable itself as the nature of Vajradhara and the Mother of No-self. "From the outside" means immediately and without interruption drawing the true wisdom of the mandala, and because it always remains superior, it should be established. The place for drawing the mandala is spoken of: In gardens, places without people, and residences, in the house of the Bodhisattva and also inside the mandala house, the sacred mandala should be built. "Garden" means a land full of various trees and plants, because it is a place of blessing. "Without people" means a place free from evil people. "Residence" means a rural area. "In the house of the Bodhisattva" means a place that is free from evil people but full of good people. In these places, a mandala house should be built, and inside it, the mandala should be built. "Sacred" means supreme. Alternatively, "garden" means what is born and its vehicle of wisdom, that is, the wisdom of the joy of the garden. "Without people" means a place that is free from senses and so on, that is, the wisdom of collecting the non-people. "The house of the Bodhisattva" means that the wisdom of non-conceptualization of Bodhi and the hero of the three existences are one, that is, the wisdom of non-conceptualization is inseparable from the three existences.
