And also for actions such as eating and drinking, one should constantly contemplate the co-emergent wisdom. From that cause, one will manifestly desire the Mahamudra, obtain the co-emergent wisdom, and will obtain the very nature of the co-emergent wisdom. Eating is being free from the manifest attachment to the body. Drinking is being free from the manifest attachment to speech. Bathing is being free from the manifest attachment to mind. The nature of waking and sleeping, and joy and gathering, is the nature of Vajradhara, inseparable from the selflessness mother. One should contemplate and make it one with the nature of wisdom. Therefore, from that arises habituation, and habituation is completely expanded. Its entity is that which has become habituated. Because one enters through the habituation of co-emergence, one will obtain and find that which possesses habituation. Manifestly desiring the Mahamudra. Desiring and manifestly desiring by the very act of making the Mahamudra all-pervasive and causing it to pervade. That is manifestly desiring the Mahamudra, which is Vajradhara. In order to clearly show that. Manifestly desiring the Mahamudra. The yogi should perfect the wisdom nature of Vajradhara, which is the nature of joy and gathering, inseparable from the selflessness mother, that is its meaning. The co-emergent wisdom is to be meditated upon with the characteristic of being one in equality, and in order to perfectly show that the meditator, the meditation, and the three are without object, it is said: All beings should be meditated upon, because one should not meditate with the mind. All dharmas are completely known, meditation is not meditation itself. All beings refers to the world of sentient beings belonging to the six realms of samsara belonging to the three realms, and the world of vessels such as trees. All should be meditated upon and entered into equanimity. By what should one meditate? By the mind, that is, the mind. Because all beings are only mind, therefore it is said to meditate, and that meditation itself is not meditation itself, that is, it is not entering into equanimity. How? Because of what? All dharmas are completely known. Whatever exists is not to be meditated upon, because all dharmas are co-emergent.

Completely entering into equality, because it arises from knowing, therefore it is not to be cultivated, nor is it to be dwelt in. Thus, the teacher also said: The object of grasping is like an image, arising from the mind, beginningless. The aspect of that consciousness is also like mutual images. Just as the image of fire, mirror, and eye, and the mirror, are seen simultaneously. Likewise, the grasper and the grasped, inseparable and unique, constantly arise. The nature of the unity of the senses, objects, and consciousness in equality is wisdom, therefore cultivation is not cultivation itself. The word 'going' refers to the senses. The word 'all' refers to the objects. The word 'mind' refers to the mind, the indivisible nature of the three vajras is always known. The meaning of the brief instruction is explained in detail: What are the stable and moving things? Grass, tubers, vines, etc. The otherness of what is to be cultivated is the nature of one's own object. This refers to the stable, inanimate objects and the moving, sentient beings. All things, stable and moving, are the meanings of things. Now it is clarified that grass refers to the small ones. Tubers refer to the nature of trees gathered together. Vines refer to the nature of being scattered, grass, tubers, and vines. The nature of decay and growth, because inanimate objects also have three aspects, therefore the three aspects are indicated closely. The word 'etc.' also speaks of moving things such as going. That is also the excellent nature of what is to be cultivated, the nature of wondrous wisdom. How is it? The word 'ni' means 'because of what,' it is the nature of one's own object. How is one's own object? Just as I have not arisen from the beginning, so too the stable things have not arisen from the beginning. By this, one realizes non-duality, therefore everything is the nature of pure wisdom. Thus, how are the stable and moving different? Therefore it is said: 'One or other of them is not.' That which is stable, the oneness of them, is not other. Why is that? Self-awareness is great bliss, it is the wisdom of self-awareness, because stable things are without mind.
