The symbolic meaning should be expressed. The so-called "garland hand" refers to the gesture of holding a flower garland, that is, the thumbs and index fingers of both hands are joined together, one hand is held above and the other below, and the distance between the two hands should be one elbow or a little more. If such a gesture is made, it means that the yoginis should be summoned. If the garland hand is shown, it means that one should say "summon". Just as a flower garland is strung together by flowers of various colors, gathered together, so should they also gather together. Alternatively, the garland is ma (藏文:མ་,梵文天城体:मा,梵文罗马拟音:mā,汉语字面意思:无), mākī (藏文:མ་ཀཱི་,梵文天城体:माकी,梵文罗马拟音:mākī,汉语字面意思:无) is the water element, and a (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) is the selfless mother, both of which are the inseparable nature of bodhicitta. Grasping it is the garland, the nature of fifteen parts, that is, the fifteen dakinis. Its hand is two with the nature of five, indicating that the senses and objects are inseparable, and if it is understood through wisdom, then, at that time, therefore, gathering and assembling, and causing gathering, that is, should be gathered, which means to abide by the exhaustion and the absence of clinging obscurations. Speaking is expressing the garland of nada (藏文:ནཱ་ད,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:声音), which is the meaning of "should be gathered". If the garland is manifested, abide by the vows and practice well. "If the garland is manifested" is like manifesting and throwing a flower garland, in such a way, if the mudra itself is thrown in the gesture of holding a flower garland, then you are the steadfast one who abides in the gathering of vows. Ah! Good practitioner, you understand the symbolism of the vows. Alternatively, the garland refers to the selfless mother who is inseparable from Vajradhara, which is the nature of the ultimate truth. Manifesting it means abiding in a way that fully inspires joy, which is the nature of the conventional truth. If the conventional truth and the ultimate truth are made inseparable and arise, this is "if the garland is manifested". Abiding in the unwavering state of realizing the gathering of vows as inseparable, therefore, good practitioner, the vows are firm, and in this way of realization, nothing can shake it.

Tibetans are always Tibetans. Going and proceeding to that assembly is to abide in the realm of good conduct. One should rely on that assembly, and whatever the yoginis say, all of those should be done. That is, the meaning of assembly is explained by the method of manifestly giving a rosary. Now, the assembly is to be spoken of: O good ascetic, you should go to that assembly, the place of assembly. What is it? Going there is to abide in the realm of good conduct, and the good is the yogini. One should rely on that assembly, and whatever the yoginis of the assembly say, all of those should be done, and even being contrary to the worldly should only be done, there is nothing that should not be done. Thus, by seeing the accomplished yogini, one only obtains all the siddhis. Furthermore, going means knowing, that is, the certainty of wisdom. Where is it? Assembly is gathering, so it is abiding in that place. The realm of good conduct is the senses, such as the sense of sight, and the realm of conduct is all the objects. Ma (Tibetan: མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mā, meaning: no) is the mind of enlightenment, completely knowing. A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: no) is the mother of selflessness, the nature of the senses and objects and complete knowledge, all of these abide in union with the mother of selflessness, the basis of all of this, what is the nature without obscuration, knowing and realizing that is the abiding place of wisdom. Therefore, the wisdom that is inseparable from the two is the assembly, the inseparability of fire and dharma arising is the mind of enlightenment. For the sake of taking and holding that, in the fire, the transformed Āya (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, meaning: no) is wisdom, that is Melāya (Tibetan: མེ་ལཱ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मेलाय, Sanskrit Romanization: melāya, mixture). All of that is the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: no), possessing the nature of the fifteen parts of A Aṃ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, meaning: no), the mind of enlightenment is the non-conceptual wisdom. That itself is the assembly of yoginis, the nature of wisdom and means, the twelve vowels transformed into the thirty-two channels. Whatever those themselves say and the actions of speaking, from what is perfected, is possessing the nature of Nada. Thus, by the nature of the three vajras being inseparable, all those wisdoms should be made into the nature, and should be realized by the method of action, the conventional truth and the ultimate truth are inseparable, only this. If in that assembly, when the supreme assembly of yoginis gathers, the assembly is only accomplishment, but then
