Because it prevents the one who meditates and the objects to be meditated upon. Also because the ritual is spoken. Mantras and deities truly exist. How so? From the nature of non-elaboration, elaboration is the expanded conventional nature, from being separated from all of that is non-elaboration. This is the nature, because there is no nature of this, these are not obstructions. Or, from the nature of non-elaboration, meaning, from the very transcendence of elaboration. Mantras and deities, the nature of being without characteristics, exists as characteristics. The indivisibility of the three vajras, only that is closely shown, meaning, no meditator, no object of meditation, this is the chapter of the Tathata Vajra family of myself. No mantra, meaning the Tathata of mantra, the chapter of mantra. No deity, meaning the Tathata of deity, the chapter of deity. From the nature of non-elaboration, mantras and deities truly exist, meaning, the Tathata of wisdom, the chapter of empowerment. Because the meditator himself, through the establishment of the aspects of the eyes and so on, establishes the six families, such as Vairochana, as objects of meditation and meditators, and they dissolve into consciousness. The bodhisattva is indeed present everywhere. Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, all Buddhas speak of that very nature. The nature of the five aggregates is spoken of as the Tathagatagarbha and the Bodhisattva. The mind is the oneness of the three realms, from the teaching that 'the mind is the oneness of the three realms,' the object of meditation and the meditator are both inseparable, from the nature of the consciousness that realizes bliss and so on, there are three realms, and one of those three is inseparability, meaning, it is spoken of in that very essence. Or, Brahma is Vairochana. Vishnu is Akshobhya. Shiva is Amoghasiddhi. All is Ratnasambhava. Buddha is Amitabha. That very one is called Bodhisattva. Or, the six families, such as Vairochana, become five families by their very essence, and transform into limitless families. Therefore it is said: Vairochana, Akshobhya, Amoghasiddhi, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Bodhisattva, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, all Buddhas speak of that very nature. Vairochana and the others are the very Tathagatas, therefore it is reasonable in that very nature.

Now, concerning Brahma and others (deities). How to understand it? Therefore, it is said (in the scripture): "Brahma Nirvana becomes Buddha." It means that Brahma is called Buddha through the realization of Nirvana, which is to realize the temporary (state). "To express pervading for the sake of decay." It means that decay is Visha (transliteration), decay is destruction, and because of the nature of destruction, it is pervading, dwelling through the realization of the temporary (state). Or, "To enter" means that entering is Visha (transliteration), in order to enter everywhere, and to fully enter, pervading is merely a manifestation of joy, pervading is called the Pervading Buddha. "Always peaceful with virtue." It means that peace is the Great自在天 (Maheshvara), and he is also a Buddha. How to understand it? Because one always obtains auspiciousness at all times, this is also a temporary (state). "To abide in the lord of all beings." It means that everything is also the nature of all beings, in order to abide in the lord of all beings, this comes from the nature of the self-conceived by non-Buddhists. "With supreme bliss, it is that nature." "To manifest in order to realize joy." It means that the Buddhas manifest, from the wisdom of the emptiness of selflessness, the Mother Yoga, in order to realize joy. How to understand it? Supreme bliss is through true wisdom, therefore it is said that this cause is that nature. Or, "Vairocana Buddha, Akshobhya Buddha, Amoghasiddhi Buddha, Ratnasambhava Buddha, Amitabha Buddha are Bodhisattvas." It means that the six senses such as the eyes and the six objects such as form, through the inseparability of wisdom and means, with the nature of the five aggregates, Brahma and others are the nature of the Five Dhyani Buddhas. "Brahma, Pervading, Peace, and all manifestations are that nature." Brahma is Pervading, what is the nature of Brahma? Therefore, it is said (in the scripture): "Brahma Nirvana becomes Buddha." It means that the nature of Nirvana is Brahma, manifesting through the ultimate truth. "To express pervading for the sake of entering." It means that in order to enter everywhere, with the nature of joy, manifesting through the conventional truth. The inseparability of conventional truth and ultimate truth is also that nature, Brahma is Pervading, from the nature of non-duality, that nature is proclaimed.
