It is the mandala of the nature of the eight Dakinis, that is, the mandala of the nature of the nine deities inseparable from Vajradhara and the Selfless Mother. The victory banner is a sign, that is, the nature of attachment. Prevention is to make it separate from that attachment. Rejection is that there is nothing at all. That is to be eaten, that is, there is no attachment to it, and there is no realization. Because it is the seventh sentence, the seventh sentence that transcends the sixth sentence Vajradhara, is the meaning of completely abandoning all pervasive thoughts. Thus, because of being free from attachment, completely abandoning all pervasive thoughts, will it not become omniscient? Therefore, it is said: Having generated compassion, with diligence, the wise should kill it. Compassion refers to the nature of attachment, joy and separation. Having generated it, with diligence, with great diligence, in the order of the lineage of the gurus, the wise should kill it. With the functions of the five wisdoms such as mirrors. Others who recite "wise" also have this meaning, wise is knowledge. That is, it is the meaning of being determined by wisdom. Also, having generated compassion, with diligence, the wise should kill it. The meaning of that is this, killing in singing and war is sinless, and eating it for the sake of accomplishment. If the seventh sentence is sinful. Then why not kill and eat for the sake of accomplishment? For that meaning it is said: It must be killed and eaten, only those who are without sin. Because having generated compassion, with diligence. Diligence refers to the family of immovable Buddhas and so on. With the nature of the deities such as immovable Buddhas, hooking their consciousness, in order to accomplish the nature of immovable Buddhas and so on, so that sentient being has no sin, this diligence is said, close generation of compassion is the yogi, killing it is the meaning of sinlessness. If it is not for the sake of the accomplishment of the Great Seal, then why is it necessary to have the accomplishment of walking in the sky, if this doubt arises. Although it is so, it should be killed by the freedom of compassion.

Therefore, wherever they gather, yogis and yoginis will also gather there. If they are not devoured by demons, how could they be particularly interested in the accomplishment of the Great Seal? However, due to the wishes of sentient beings, some sentient beings particularly desire the accomplishment of walking in the sky, and they will also gather there. Therefore, for their benefit, the seventh offering should also be practiced. Therefore, by the power of compassion, the secret offering is also reasonable. Alternatively, this is a teaching aimed at those who cling to other views. Because: Having generated compassion, through effort, the wise will kill. Those who desire to be freed from suffering themselves, and who desire their own happiness to manifest, are fully engaged and strive to follow various paths. How can those who should be killed become wise? Only those who possess the arrogance and ignorance of the wise are those who are solely focused on their own happiness. Because: Without compassion, there is no accomplishment. Therefore, generate compassion. Without compassion refers to those who do not wish to truly liberate sentient beings from suffering and the causes of suffering. These are called without compassion. They will not achieve, because they will not achieve the accomplishment of the Mudra. Therefore, generate compassion, loving-kindness. The meaning of 'near' is to be truly close, so cling to compassion aimed at sentient beings, not compassion aimed at the object of clinging. Alternatively, compassion refers to the Blessed One Hevajra, with the nature of object and non-object. Separated from this, without compassion, there is no accomplishment, and the accomplishment of the Great Seal will not be achieved. Therefore, generate compassion. For the same reason, Vajradhara should be practiced. For this very reason: By applying evil deeds, everything will be accomplished from the lord of the ritual. Evil deeds refer to suffering and non-virtue. Because it is related to this, it is evil. In order to put them on this path of virtue, and for this purpose, killing and so on is
