The phrase "In the vajra lady's lotus palace of the body, speech, and mind of all the departed ones" means that the word "departed ones" refers to the five wisdoms, such as the mirror-like wisdom. The word "all" refers to all phenomena, i.e., objects such as form. Since "those all" are also "departed ones" and also "Tathagatas," they are called "all the Tathagatas." This means that whatever is not existent is not the nature of the Tathagatas. That itself is the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas. Those alone are vajra, i.e., indivisible wisdom. That itself is the lady, the selfless mother, free from all attachment. That itself is the lotus palace, i.e., all the qualities such as power. "In those" means that the reason is only in those, i.e., because of that, the Bhagavan abides in a radiant state, captivating the minds of various beings to be tamed. Or, the phrase "I with" means that with the nature of non-duality of the fire element and the wind element, the fierce woman blazes in the navel, burning the five Tathagatas, and also burning the eyes, etc. After burning, the rabbit-bearer (moon) haṃ (ཧཾ,haṃ,哈) drips. What is that? Śrutaṃ (शृतम्,śrutaṃ,Heard) means having the action of dripping. Who is that? It is the Bhagavan. Where is that? It is in the moment of realizing that all the Tathagatas are non-dual. That itself is the Bhagavan. "The body, speech, and mind of all the departed ones abide in the vajra lady's lotus palace" means abiding in the conventional truth. Or, "who is Maya" means with the cause of joy. Śrutaṃ (शृतम्,śrutaṃ,Heard) means supreme joy. "At one time" means the special joy that arises from that. Bhagavan means the nature of co-emergent joy. "The body, speech, and mind of all the departed ones abide in the vajra lady's lotus palace" means having the qualities of the six superknowledges, it is the cause of accomplishing the activities for the benefit of beings. Or, "who is Maya" means the action mudra. Śrutaṃ (शृतम्,śrutaṃ,Heard) means the dharma mudra. "At one time" means the samaya mudra. Bhagavan means the great mudra.

Po. The nature of the four seals, namely the body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, and the bhaga of Vajra Yogini. To dwell in them is to accomplish the work of benefiting beings, which is the meaning of the letters E-Vam. In short, all that should be thoroughly examined is twofold: permanence and impermanence, virtue and non-virtue, and so on. Moreover, that which is sealed by the letters E and Vam, and the two are inseparable, is called E-Vam. Therefore, it is said: The summary of all Buddhas is well established in the letters E-Vam. Furthermore, the letter E has a beautiful form, adorned with the letter Vam in the center, is the abode of all happiness, the precious treasury of the Buddhas. Furthermore, whoever understands the letters E-Vam will understand everything without exception. Extracting the treasury of Dharma, this is what should be definitely taught. Thus. Therefore, the three realms are only E-Vam, and not others. This is the explanation of the two letters, which is the determination of the meaning of the root words of all tantras. Therefore, Bodhisattvas should abide by relying on the meaning, and the sound is as it is. Again, E is wisdom, and Vam is skillful means, the nature of these two, Aham (ཨ་ཧཾ,梵文:अहं,IAST:ahaṃ,I) is the meaning of Vajra body. Then, what I heard is to further understand the sound, which is the meaning of Vajra speech. At one time, one is not at the same time. Here, the gods gather and assemble, this is the time, which is the meaning of Vajra mind. This is the Dharmakaya, which is the reason for the body itself. The body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas and the bhaga of Vajra Yogini, that is all of them, and also the Tathagatas, therefore all Tathagatas, namely the five aggregates such as form and so on. That is the body, speech, and mind, and that is the Vajra, namely the wisdom of the three bodies of the Tathagatas without distinction. That is the Yogini, namely the part of the Yogini, from her speech, that is the bhaga wisdom, namely the nature of all the qualities such as power and so on.
