Transformation, the feet are the fourth born together. Afterwards, it arises truthfully in this manner, and that is called a mandala. Because of gathering, because of holding, it means the nature of being immovable. In this chapter, it says that this vajra should be established, therefore it is called a mudra. Thus, the brief instruction is the extensive explanation, saying, "The transformation of the hands is a mudra," meaning that the hands overlapping each other is a mudra. "The overlapping of fingers is also the same," meaning that the fingers overlapping each other is also a mudra. Or, the transformation of the hands, that is, Ka Vajradhara (ཀ རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང༌། ), Ra Nairātmyā (ར་བདག་མེད་མ། ), the nature of both, Spoṭa (སྤོ་ཊ་ནི་སྒྲ་སྟེ། ), is sound, transforming into mudra and sign. With the order of the five families, the hundred families and so on are extremely divided into different and non-different. The overlapping of fingers is also the same, meaning that the sound of the fingers has five natures, the nature of object and sense faculty is the five families. Overlapping them is gathering, this is ultimate, and the two mandalas are inseparable, being the nature of joy and gathering. The deity is of two kinds, having a body and the nature of mantra. Then how should one practice with suchness yoga? Therefore it is said, that is the object of thought, one should think, what is thought, and what is made the object of thought. From where to think? Because that which makes the sign in the manner of various conceptual thoughts should be thought. Or, that is the object of thought, is the nature of the grasper and the object, from where to think? That which is thought, the senses grasp in the manner of holding, that which is the object of control. Conceptual thought is the nature of the senses, because that object of thought is the nature of the grasper object. Those entities have no difference, because conceptual thought is understood from the nature of the senses and objects being inseparable. The deity with the nature of body and mantra should be practiced at all times with suchness yoga, this is the first and second chapters. What is the deity is also said in the deity chapter and the empowerment chapter. Then how should those be practiced? Therefore it is said, what is the bliss obtained from the father, bliss.

That, then, is eaten by oneself. By what happiness does one die here? That happiness is said to be meditation. Father, it means the one who generates. Whatever happiness is obtained from that, whatever knowledge arises from the senses and objects, whatever the nature of happiness and so on, that should be eaten and experienced. "Oneself" means by oneself. This means that there is nothing different from the mind. Thus, the noble one also said: The signs of the gods are different, they are the cause of various desires. In the vajra liberation of the mind, the gods should not be spoken of as other. Thus it is said. That happiness, that wisdom itself is said to be meditation. Here, this Hevajra Tantra should be said to be meditation. From what, by what happiness, means by what wisdom, death is like death, stopping the object, senses and consciousness. Why? Because it is to understand other than wisdom, therefore there is no other meaning of wisdom. Also, "father" means the one who generates. If one can perfectly understand the nature of wisdom and means being inseparable, then the happiness obtained, what wisdom is born of wisdom, that self, means eating and generating in oneself. Happiness, that wisdom itself is also said to be death. By what happiness, means by what wisdom, here, meditation, means thinking, here it is said to abide. Therefore, arising, abiding and ceasing are related to one consciousness, so wisdom must be inseparable from the three vajras. Also, what is the happiness obtained from the father? Generated by the generator, because wisdom and means are inseparable, it is wisdom. That wisdom is eaten by oneself. It should be completely considered as oneself. That is also without self-nature. Thus it is said: That happiness is said to be death. Thus it is said. That wisdom, by what cause does the dead one, should be observed by the nature of death. Therefore, that wisdom is also said to be meditation, it is said to be thinking. Therefore, all this is without self-nature, because the self-nature is completely pure. Also, to the father, the one who generates, if one can understand that meditation and what is to be thought are inseparable, then what is happiness? What is that wisdom? That is said to be meditation.
