Because everything is the nature of mind. As the feet of the noble Nāgārjuna said: The different focuses of the gods are the cause of various beliefs. If the vajra of mind is liberated, it is clearly stated that there is no other god. This is his teaching. Moreover, whatever form is gathered into the mind is only mind. Because it has the nature of gathering. Also, "no mantra recitation" means that speech vajra is without distinction. "No asceticism" means that the activity of body vajra is without distinction. "No fire offering" means that mind vajra is without distinction. "No mandala holder" means that skillful means are without distinction. "No mandala" means that wisdom is without distinction. How is it? In short, it is equality without distinction. Because it enters and is gathered into it, it is in short. Because mind is the form of gathering, mind is gathering, mind is absorbed, so mind is also absorbed in it. Because the nature of Vajradhara dī is such, mind is the form of gathering. Whatever mind is the form of gathering is the self-born one beyond mind. That is the nature of wisdom and skillful means, and with the nature of mandala and mandala holder, both are equally entered. The nature of recitation, asceticism, and fire offering is the nature of the three vajras. With the nature of gathering everything, the nature of the five wisdoms, the three bodies, wisdom and skillful means, it is only the self-born Vajradhara. This is the tenth chapter on empowerment. Empowerment is to make it immaculate from everything, and the purity of both is empowerment. That is also paṭa hidden, and to receive it, it is the chapter on empowerment. The tenth means that the completion with the ten is the tenth, which is the eight dakinis, the selflessness mother, and Vajradhara. Also, because it is the chapter on empowerment in the mandala, it is the empowerment in the mandala, which is the tenth chapter. This is the tenth chapter from the commentary on the Hevajra, the extremely pure combination. Eleventh chapter, the chapter on explaining views.

Commentary. Now, in order to manifest the four ways of seeing that arise from knowing only this from empowerment, the abilities of the ways of seeing, such as summoning, which were briefly explained in the first chapter, are extensively explained. The equal, fierce, and foreheaded one is said to always cause to fall. Equal means not crooked. Fierce means acting fiercely. Foreheaded means: By the door located on the forehead, it causes to fall, which means that by the door of causing to fall, the view of killing is taught. Always means: Always, constantly, by habit. This should be applied to everything. The view of power resides on the left. From the left, two images arise. Power is the act of gathering. By the door of exerting power, it resides on the left. Residing on the left, two images arise, and that view should be turned from the left to the left side. On the right side is summoning. The two should also be joined above. Summoning means attracting. On the right side, the two means two images, which should be joined and placed above. The view of the stiff central channel, the two are also in the center of the tip of the nose. Central channel means residing in the center, not above, not below, and not residing on the left or right. Such a view is to stiffen. Two means two images. The center of the tip of the nose means the center of the tip of the nose. For the activities of causing to fall, etc., the various distinctions of wind are taught. Falling is caused by arising itself. The wind goes out, that is, by the wind of arising itself. The vase-like one empowers. The wind does not move, that is, by the wind of the vase-like one, the view of empowering should be practiced, which is the meaning. Filling is indeed summoning. The wind enters inward, that is, by the wind of filling, the view of summoning should be practiced, which is the meaning. Pacifying stiffens. The view of stiffening is by the wind of pacifying. Pacifying means beyond arising, vase-like, and filling, by the wind that naturally abides. The place for practicing the views of causing to fall, etc., is taught. On wet wood, causing to fall.
