Therefore, the tenth chapter, entitled "Manifesting Empowerment in the Mandala," is from the Immaculate Combination Commentary on the Hevajra, Chapter Ten. Chapter Eleven, Explanation of the Chapter on Explaining the Views. Now, since only this is known from the empowerment, in order to place beings in the state of falling, the four views are manifested, therefore, the detailed explanation of the power of the views of hooking, etc., which were briefly indicated in the first chapter, is proclaimed. Verse: The equal, fierce, forehead one, constantly speaks of causing to fall. Equal means not crooked. Fierce means performing fierce actions. Forehead one means causing to fall through the door located on the forehead, which is the view of killing through the door of causing to fall. Constant means constantly becoming accustomed. This should be applied to everything. The view of power is located on the left. From the left, there are two images. Power is gathering. It is located on the left through the door of exercising power. Because it is located on the left, there are two images, and its view should rotate from the left to the left side. The right part is hooking, and the two should also be combined upwards. Hooking means attracting. The right part, the two, means two images, which should be combined upwards and placed. The view of the straight central channel, the two are also in the center of the tip of the nose. Central channel means located in the center, not above, not below, not located on the left and right. The view that is formed in this way is stiffening, two means two images. The center of the tip of the nose means in the center of the tip of the nose. The detailed classification of the winds for actions such as falling is proclaimed. Arising itself causes it to fall. The wind flows outward, that is, by the arising wind itself. The vase-holder exercises power. The wind does not move, that is, the meaning of becoming accustomed to the view of exercising power with the wind of the vase-holder. The filler is hooking. The wind enters inward, that is, the meaning of becoming accustomed to the view of hooking with the filling wind. The peaceful one is stiffening. The view of stiffening is by the peaceful wind, the peaceful one says

It means, through the wind of earth (ས་པ་, sa pa, earth), arising (འབྱུང་བ་, 'byung ba, arising), the one with a vase (བུམ་པ་ཅན་, bum pa can, the one with a vase), and beyond filling (དགང་བ་ལས་འདས་པ་, dgang ba las 'das pa, beyond filling), the naturally abiding wind. It speaks of the places where one becomes accustomed to the views of causing to fall, etc. Causing to fall on a wet tree, wet tree refers to water trees, etc., those with sap. Control is most famous on flowers, referring to flowers with fragrant scents. Hooking is on the vajra tree, referring to the shiri tree, etc., those with mothers. Together with shaking, making stiff. Here, the instruction is that when one is accustomed to the view of causing to fall, then on water trees, etc., one should write the black letter བྷུཿ་ (Tibetan, bhūḥ, Devanagari, bhūḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, bhūḥ, meaning: earth) or the letter ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, phaṭ, Devanagari, phaṭ, Romanized Sanskrit, phaṭ, meaning: cut). When one is accustomed to control, then on flowers one should write the red letter ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, aṃ, Devanagari, aṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, aṃ, seed syllable) or the letter ཧྲཱིཿ་ (Tibetan, hrīḥ, Devanagari, hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, hrīḥ, great compassion). When one is accustomed to hooking, then on shiri trees, etc., one should write the red letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, hum) or the letter ཛཿ་ (Tibetan, jaḥ, Devanagari, jaḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, jaḥ, release). When one is accustomed to making stiff, then on the root together with shaking, one should write the yellow letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, hum) or the letter ལ་ (Tibetan, la, Devanagari, la, Romanized Sanskrit, la, la). Alternatively, the view of causing to fall refers to wisdom without inherent existence. The view of control refers to wisdom that is inseparable from stability and movement. The view of hooking refers to gathering wisdom. The view of making stiff refers to wisdom without movement, that is, without inherent existence and inseparability, similarly gathering and without movement, these four wisdoms are spoken of here, the four views of causing to fall, etc. Equality refers to non-duality. The left place refers to the left moon bodhicitta, because it abides there. The right part refers to the right sun, the part is because it is separated from the part. The central channel refers to the inseparability of the three vajras of body, speech, and mind. Through arising refers to completely abandoning. Through the one with a vase refers to immovability itself. Through filling refers to gathering. Through peace refers to completely transcending great nirvana, meaning the accomplishment of omniscience. According to the intention of the samaya seal, it is exactly as the sound itself. According to the intention of the karma seal, it is the four joys, such as joy. According to the intention of the dharma seal, it is established as the four wheels. The intention of the great seal is two.
