Therefore, because the two have the same self-nature, the order of two purifications is also proclaimed in the chapter on purification. Now, in order to explain the chapter on disciple empowerment, it is said like this. As stated in the scripture, "How to empower, that is what is said." Because without empowerment, that itself cannot be shown, and even with empowerment, it cannot be truly accomplished because it is separated from the mandala, therefore the ritual of the mandala and empowerment is proclaimed. After that, from this chapter, the order of the mandala, the four kinds are truly explained. With what kind of ritual are disciples empowered, it is also explained in detail. After that, it means immediately, without interruption. From this chapter, it means after the chapter on purification, from this chapter the ritual of the mandala is explained in detail. The ritual of the mandala will be shown. The ritual of the mandala, with what kind of ritual are disciples empowered? Empowering and symbolizing is called empowerment. That ritual is also explained in detail. This shows that without seeing the mandala, there is no empowerment. Without empowerment, one cannot obtain that itself. Without that itself, the great mudra cannot be accomplished. In order to accomplish, to obtain that itself, for that itself to empower, for the sake of empowerment is the mandala, therefore the meaning of the mandala is proclaimed. The ground should be purified, the yogi, first has the nature of the gods. Through the mantra of purification, "Om, raksa raksa" (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rakṣa rakṣa,汉语字面意思:嗡,保护保护), the ground should be purified. First, previously, having the nature of the gods, refers to the one whose nature is only the gods, that is, having the nature of the gods, meaning the master himself is the body of the gods. Also, the ground refers to the dharma origin. Should be purified, means extremely pure, should abide in the self-nature of the dharma realm. Yogi, refers to the purity of suchness and the purity of the image of the gods. First, refers to how to become non-dual. Having the nature of the gods, refers to the yogi who has the wisdom yoga of the nature of the gods, that is, having the nature of the gods, meaning the self-nature of the five wisdoms and the three bodies, the wisdom body of the purity of the two.

Venerable one, after doing that, draw the mandala from the outside. Thoroughly purify the land, and without interruption, the yogi should draw the mandala. Strive to generate Vajradhara from the syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,Hum), meaning, with Repha previously contemplating the sun and other sequences, the ground of Vajra nature, the Vajra tent, the Vajra fence, with this, contemplate the palace with the nature of Vajra, and then draw the mandala in its center. Or, generate Vajradhara from the syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,Hum), meaning, the indivisible (ཧཱུྃ, हूँ,hūṃ,Hum) syllable itself is Vajradhara, becoming the nature of the selflessness mother, starting from the outside, meaning immediately and without interruption, draw the mandala, the true wisdom is drawn and constantly and excellently abides, therefore it should be established as such. The places for drawing the mandala are taught: gardens, uninhabited places, the home of Bodhisattvas, and inside mandala houses, a sacred mandala should be erected. Garden, meaning the land is full of various trees, because it is a place of blessing. Uninhabited place, meaning a place away from evil people. Place, meaning the region. In the home of Bodhisattvas, meaning a place away from evil people but with good people, in these places build mandala houses, and then erect the mandala within them, sacred meaning supreme. Or, garden, meaning the born and its vehicle of wisdom, the garden is the wisdom of delight. Uninhabited place, meaning for whom, the born, the basis, etc. are far away, the uninhabited place is the wisdom of gathering. The home of Bodhisattvas, meaning, Bodhi is the wisdom of non-discrimination, Bodhisattva is the nature of the union of the three existences, the wisdom of non-discrimination and the three existences are inseparable. His home is the place, these are the places of non-discrimination. Inside the mandala house, what is the place of true wisdom is the inside, because for it, it cannot be completely cut off by abandoning all discriminations and thoughts. A sacred mandala should be erected, because of pervasiveness, Vajradhara is sacred,
