Is the brave mother. That itself is me, the nature of Vajradhara. The one called "Joy" is to be explained to sentient beings. Because no one knows, that is Suchness. Therefore, it is called obtaining life. If it is to be shown to sentient beings in this way, then where do sentient beings have no doubt about becoming Buddhas and say that it should be shown? It is said, "Sentient beings are Buddhas," because it is the very nature of the utterly pure Dharmadhatu. However, etc., the words "Thus, thus" are the words of the Yoginis. "True" is acceptance. If it is obscured by defilements, how will these be liberated? It is said, "Fainting," etc. The one called "Strong Poison" is when the world faints from eating poison. That itself is the supreme cutting off of its sorrow, therefore it is said thus, this is a metaphor. In order to speak of what is shown by the metaphor. Thus, it is said, "Peaceful," etc. "Peaceful" is liberation. The rest of the Joyful Vajra is extremely relaxed. Ignorance is what is not known by those with afflictions. The word "etc." includes anger and desire, etc. For worldly dharmas, clinging to this as truth is ignorance, that itself is bondage. Furthermore, "Non-Buddha," etc., the one called "From Realization" is the very experience of truth. "Self" is oneself. "One's own" means the meaning of becoming the nature of great bliss. Seeing one's own nature is seeing emptiness, that itself is enlightenment. Again, it is said that each individual is that very one, the words of the Suchness of the All-Knower, the Buddha is all sentient beings. If it is said that because gods, etc., have the bliss of unsurpassed feeling, they can become Buddhas, but hells, etc., do not have such a feeling of bliss, so they are not. It is said, "Hell, hungry ghosts," etc. "Always" means at all times.

If they always have happiness, where is that happiness? If happiness arises and originates from assembly, and it is not there when separated from assembly, then, (Buddha) said "naturally blissful," which means possessing the happiness of the essence, meaning becoming one of the kinds of happiness. If the happiness of gods and others is like that, then is it not there for hells and others? It is not there, because one does not know what happiness is. (The scripture says:) "For gods, asuras, and humans." This means that the Buddhas do not see the essence of happiness in the happiness of gods, asuras, and others, because it is impermanent and contaminated, so they think of it as suffering. Therefore, only great bliss is happiness, and it equally becomes the essential nature of all things. (The scripture says:) "Buddha cannot be found elsewhere." This is said to be a difference in reasoning. "Elsewhere" means other than the mind of enlightenment that has the characteristics of teachings. "Mind" means the mind of enlightenment. "There is no other teaching" means that it cannot be practiced. "Candala" and others refer to showing the great nature of lineage. "Killing purpose" means acting for the purpose of obtaining the purpose of killing, thinking that one can survive through that purpose. "If one knows Hevajra," (in which) "ཧེ་"(Tibetan, Devanagari: हे, Romanized Sanskrit: he, Literal Chinese meaning: hey) refers to great compassion. "བཛྲ་"(Tibetan, Devanagari: वज्र, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra, Literal Chinese meaning: vajra) refers to the emptiness of all dharmas. "Knowing" means manifesting through the reasoning just mentioned. "This" refers to the reasoning spoken by Hevajra. Samsara itself is bondage, meaning strong bondage. These are the answers to the inquiry about vows. Now, because some may have wrong understandings about Mudra, therefore, in order to show the answer to the inquiry, (the scripture) said "earth" and so on. Here the questioner is Vajragarbha. Hardness itself is earth, and it itself is ignorance and body. They themselves are Vairochana, so it is appropriate to seal with him, but not with Akshobhya, this is the meaning of the question. "Therefore" means that because it is like that, the essence of the body will not be disgusted with Pukkasa.
