In order to pacify (sins), recite "Om, raksha raksha hum hum hum phat (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, protect, protect, hum, hum, hum, phat)" three times, and then with the offerings of the mantra you have recited, offer the Bhagavan, including canvas paintings, from all aspects, confess sins, rejoice in merits, take refuge in the Three Jewels, and generate the mind of enlightenment. After that, first one should cultivate loving-kindness, which is желая to give all sentient beings supreme happiness. The second instant is compassion, which is желая to eliminate all their suffering. The third is called joy, which is желая to constantly give them the bliss of the heavenly realms. Equanimity is at the end, and one should cultivate its aspect, which is becoming the antidote to eliminate all their afflictions and near afflictions, and is приближающим to the path of cultivation. These are the common initial practices of all yogas. The manifestation of the body of yoga is, after that, emptiness, which should be cultivated after it. What is that? The emptiness of enlightenment, etc., all things are objects of the mind, so these are all mind-only, because external objects do not exist, so they appear to be confused like external forms, like a dream, this is единственным certain. The nature of the mind that appears in this way, also because it is free from the nature of one and many, காணться as the clear light nature of non-appearance. The second is the gathering of seeds. It is said that from that clear light, how to visualize the seed syllable of the deity with a garland of light on the mandala of the sun, etc., from that seed syllable, emanate countless lineages of deity yogis, accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, and then gather into that seed syllable, this is called the gathering of seeds, and it should be cultivated. The third is the perfection of the body image. It is said that from that seed syllable, the various forms of the deity reside in the central part of the lotus, pressing on the mandala of the sun, etc., with the dance of the half-lotus posture, perfect.

Becoming a partaker is the perfection of the image, it should be practiced. The fourth is to establish the mind-syllable, which means to meditate on the seed-syllable residing in the mandala of the sun, etc., in one's own heart. This is the Samadhi of the physician's yoga. Now, with regard to the second yoga, it is said, "Re pha," etc. Here, too, the actions from emptiness to enlightenment should be completed as before. The second verse, which says "Re pha," etc., is said in order to particularly eliminate the difference. From Ra (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Rang) of the color of burning fire, contemplate the solar mandala, and above it is the blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), from which various vajras arise. From those directly visualize the vajra fence, above the vajra net, below the vajra-nature ground, and outside visualize the burning vajra, this is the meaning of the verse. Then bless with the mantra, that is, with "Om Raksha Raksha Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ रक्ष रक्ष हुं हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om Protect Protect Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha)". First, saying "Ro ni," etc., means the first of the yoga body. On top of the various lotuses and solar mandalas, etc., inside the vajra fence, one should meditate on Ro (Tibetan: རོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रो, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ro, literal Chinese meaning: Ro). If asked how this can become the seat of the deity? It is said, "It is the nature of the Dharmadhatu." Ro (Tibetan: རོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रो, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ro, literal Chinese meaning: Ro) is the nature of selflessness, and selflessness is the Dharmadhatu. Those who dwell in the Dharmadhatu are the Dakas and Dakinis. The yogi is the practitioner, dwelling on it, especially visualizing oneself as Heruka, one should diligently practice, this is the action of the intermediate yoga. In one's own heart, etc.

It should be meditated upon in this way. If based on the third yoga, then what is called space and so on is proclaimed. As the activity of the second is, so is that of the third, therefore it is particularly shown by the beginning of the first. The Blessed One, invited by the rays of light from the seed in the heart, gazing at the sky, offers various offerings with the mind. The eight goddesses, such as Gauri, should also make offerings. The mark of the mountain rock is camphor. What is called 'Victorious over Mara' is Shila. The meaning of 'container' should be used in all cases. The stream of water is Akshobhya. The medicine is four equal parts. The vajra is Shalija. What is called 'Taste Holder' is honey. The staff head is Tripiṭa. What is called 'Embracing' is embracing as it should be, and thus making offerings. Having thus made offerings to the Blessed One, like the activity of the second, the ultimate activity such as the seat of Ro, that is also the activity of the third. Moreover, here the body of yoga is the five kinds of manifest enlightenment, and to show that, what is called Āli Moon and so on is proclaimed. The fifteen vowel letters, such as A, are Āli. The thirty-four consonant letters, such as Ka, are Kāli. The moon arising from the complete transformation of A and so on in the heart of Ro is the Āli Moon. The sun arising from the complete transformation of Ka and so on is the Kāli Sun. Meditate on the seed within the seed. What is called 'this' means that on the mandala of the moon and sun, the hand seal arising from the complete transformation of the seed, in the center of that, meditate on the seed. That itself Is called Mind Hero. What is called 'this' means that that seed is Vajradhara. If asked what kind of difference there is, it is called 'having the nature of supreme bliss'. What is called 'spreading' means that from that seed, spread out in various ways that are similar to the body of Hevajra. What is called 'gathering in the heart' means that having truly gathered those, place them in that seed. Then, that yogi, having become the nature of anger, becomes the form of Heruka from the complete transformation of the moon and sun, and the mark and the seed. This
