Because it generates the great, it is called the great arising. If so, why was it praised before? As it is said, "What is born as co-emergent?" etc., the co-emergent that arises from the inner self-nature's skillful means and wisdom, which is of the nature of non-leakage, is what should be expressed by the term "ultimate co-emergent." In order to clearly show this, it is said such as "nature," etc., the nature of all dharmas, suchness, the ultimate limit, essence, etc., are all synonyms. That co-emergent itself, is what was previously spoken of with the term co-emergent, not just bliss alone. What kind of distinction does it have? As it is said, such as "all aspects," etc., all aspects are all the Buddha's dharmas. The brief summary of those is the dharani, because all the Buddha's dharmas rely on it. Thus, what is spoken of is the co-emergent that arises from the inner self-nature's skillful means and wisdom's samadhi. In order to show that the co-emergent is generated by the skillful means and wisdom of the nature of non-objectification, it is said, "Yoga compassion transforms into skillful means." The mind of equality towards all sentient beings is compassion. That itself is the supreme skillful means, because that is also the main essence of the skillful means for accomplishing perfect enlightenment. That itself is the main one for yogis. Mudra is wisdom. What is that? It is emptiness, all dharmas are unborn. How is unborn itself? As it is said, such as "free from cause," etc., all dharmas are unborn from self, other, and both. The nature of unborn is emptiness, it is supreme wisdom. Those inseparable, clear light natured ultimate co-emergent, is shown by the term bodhicitta, not just the bliss experienced from external mudra, it should be understood like that. If these are to be meditated upon by the yogi of the completion stage

So, should secret mantras be recited, or not? Because it has been said, "There is no recitation of mantras," and so on. Mantras are letters, such as Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), and so on. Pouring ghee and so on into the fire is a fire offering. The one who dwells in the center of the mandala is the one with the mandala. The mandala is the palace. If that is the case, will the results of reciting praises and so on not be present for the yogi? Therefore, it has been said, "That is mantra recitation," and so on. The co-emergent of the completion stage, the samadhi of meditation, that itself is the suchness of praise. The mind is the bodhicitta as shown. That itself is the collection, that is, all dharmas are collected into one taste, therefore the yogi becomes that form. Such is what is called the fourth empowerment here, because with this, all the stains of discrimination are directly purified. It is also said that in the chapter clarifying the empowerment. The explanation of the tenth chapter from "The Difficult Explanation of Hevajra, The Garland of Jewels of Yoga" is completed. Eleventh, the explanation of the chapter explaining the way of looking. In order to introduce beings to the doctrine of secret mantra, the four ways of looking, namely, striking down, controlling, enticing, and stiffening, have been spoken of as "equal," and so on. Equal is unmoving. Untamed is including the surroundings. The one with the forehead is the two eyeballs relying on the forehead, that strikes down. Whatever relies on the left side is located on the left, that controls. Whoever relies on the top, looking to the right, that entices. Whoever looks straight at the top of the nose, that stiffens. The wind that arises from the tip of the nose is the arising itself. Entering is filling. Becoming filled inside is the vase. Having entered and become unmoving is peaceful. In order to indicate the places where these should be accustomed to, it has been said, "Wet wood," and so on. For trees with sap, red flowers, vajra wood, and grasses with movement, and so on. Confusion is with doubt. Secret

Why weren't the modes of observation mentioned? Because that is not the intention here. Because it is said, 'Having accomplished the four modes of observation, the wise should lead sentient beings.' The seventh birth refers to the birth of seven lotuses. 'Abandoning joy, rebuking joy,' refers to the accomplishment of the nature of co-emergence. In the activity of subjugation, Kurukulle is particularly praised, and this is its abbreviated method of accomplishment. What was previously indicated is explained in detail there, namely in the twelfth chapter of the Hevajra Tantra. The arrow is the arrow. The bow is the bow. Utpala is Utpala. The hook is the hook. Everything is red. Vajra is Vajradhara. Its essence is the mind, which is Hevajra. Its Abhisamaya means whatever is completely realized without remainder, that is Vajragarbha's Abhisambodhi. The conceptualization that clarifies it is also called that. The commentary on the difficult points of Hevajra, called 'A Garland of Jewels of Yoga,' is the commentary on the first chapter.
