Therefore, the nature of the three consciousnesses of other's power, complete dependence, and perfect accomplishment, gathered in the tangible heart jewel, whatever the master's oral instruction, truly symbolizes the external hand seal and the moment, it should be understood as wisdom-jnana. With that empowerment, the Dharma seal should be indicated and explained to all sentient beings capable of empowerment with an illusion-like samadhi. Likewise, the fourth empowerment is also, thus saying "Thus also," what is called "Thus" is wisdom-jnana. "Thus" is suchness, the true limit and the realm of Dharma, etc. There is no difference in meaning. With empowerment, seeing its own nature or practicing well, it should be declared with the word "Thus." Also, the word "also" means that after the empowerment of wisdom-jnana, it should also be given. Also, that is the external hand seal, whatever the master's oral instruction, with yoga without intention, intending on the perfection of the moment which is not determined by each object and completely selected, that is called the fourth empowerment, it does not become the fourth empowerment only by indicating the oral instruction. Otherwise, such as "bathing and empowering with this," etc., if the Blessed One thinks that empowerment here is smearing dirt, then how can it be established only by indicating the oral instruction? If the suchness of the fourth nature is indicated, why can't it be established? That is indeed true. However, suchness is not the object of language, therefore it cannot be declared, nor can it be accomplished by hearing. It is said like this: That which is clear inside, is heard and seen manifestly from language. However, sound has discrimination, the image that appears will become illusory. One's own discrimination grows bigger and bigger, by practicing the suchness of what is intended, if the discrimination in the continuum becomes confused, then how can it become correct view? Thus taught. If with empowerment, one realizes suchness manifestly,
