It is to subdue those who are malicious and to show the yoga of the disciple. Because it is desired to indicate the nature of outer and inner with one sound, "victory banner" and so on are spoken. The victory banner is hanging. Stabbing itself is killing in battlefields and so on. The seventh time is the seventh birth. "With compassion" means thinking about the suffering of their cycle of existence. "Wise" means completely wise, this is one explanation. The victory banner is the mind with an object. If stabbed, it is cutting with the sword of wisdom. Cutting with the nature of one and many, making it without nature is stabbing with a sword. "Itself" means that even the mind that cuts is also cut, thus showing that it makes it without nature. "Also the seventh time" means that it should be eaten after looking at it again and again for seven times, meaning that it has been made without nature. In any case, this will make oneself and others supremely protected, and even demons and so on will not be able to live near. It will become manifestly inclined towards the samadhi of emptiness. In "generate compassion" and so on, first the four immeasurables should be meditated upon. "By effort" means definitely only. "By the wise" means completely wise. If beings are killed and not observed, then why should the four immeasurables be meditated upon first? "If there is no compassion" and so on are spoken. If the four immeasurables are not meditated upon at first, then at that time the nature of perfect complete enlightenment will also be lost, and meditating only on emptiness may also become the nirvana of the hearers and so on. Therefore, it is summarized by "generating compassion itself." "All malicious" means those who hate the Sugata's teachings, such as the Tirthikas and so on. This is said in order to apply them to the mantra vehicle. "Chief of rituals" and so on, here it is to be refuted by the chief of rituals. Those who see that which is associated with the sound of killing and so on, and...

It should be understood in this way. "During the day, the Bhagavan Vajrapani," etc., "constantly" means at all times. "In the presence of worldly people, etc.," means that banners, etc., should be abandoned, and in a secluded place such as a gathering wheel, it should be enjoyed. "Not not thinking there is," etc., "not thinking" means not thinking of anything else, just as one makes the pride of Hevajra, so should one also do to other sentient beings. "Such self," means to gather together, and one should see those and me as Hevajra. "Self-nature other," means self-nature and others, etc. "Dwelling," etc., "non-duality" means the emptiness of all dharmas. That is Śrī, because all dharmas are of the nature of clear light. "Cause" means the maker. "Etc." means self-nature. Emptiness is being separated from them. Gathering is discrimination, and being separated from it is complete abandonment. "Ka" means non-abiding nirvana. By these, the meanings of emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and non-action are expressed by the word Heruka. Because it is born in the six realms, it is called birth, like aggregates. "Sha" means its nature. "Edible" means to make it invisible. A wise person means one who has the yoga of Hevajra. "Sentient beings that and that" means things that and that. "Become empowered" means to gain power over that and that, that is, to subdue various disciples by transforming various forms and so on. Vajra is Hevajra. The skull cup means no-self because it protects happiness, that is, emptiness and compassion. Its union is samadhi, by that. In the Garland of Jewels of Difficult Explanations of Hevajra Yoga, the explanation of the seventh chapter, which shows the determination of offerings and places. །། Explanation. Explanation of the Chapter on the Wheel of Yoginis. "After that," etc., means the wheel.

The wheel is the mandala, meaning the supreme palace, the great city of liberation. It has two forms: the supporting mandala and the supported mandala. Here, the first yoga, the supreme king of mandalas, and the supreme king of actions, i.e., the yoga of the three samadhis, will be explained. In the chapter on the deities, this is the occasion for the solitary yoga of the hero, therefore it is meditation. The yogini is the selfless mother. Its wheel is the wheel of the yoginis. In the realm of space, etc., within the vajra fence and the tent is the realm of space. The dharmodaya is a triangle like the autumn moon, one should contemplate the dharmodaya. What is to be contemplated in the center is that, in order to generate the supporting wheel in its center, one should contemplate the four great elements. How to contemplate? As it is said in the sutra, "The wheel manifests," etc., this is a brief explanation. The detailed explanation is "Wheel, earth," etc., earth is the mandala of earth. Before this, first is water, i.e., the mandala of water. Before this, how should one appropriately contemplate the mandala of fire. This is also before the gods, it is the mandala of wind. The mind of the practitioner dwells determinately in this way, how does the practitioner arise? Here, first in the center of the dharmodaya, from the completely transformed ཡཾ་(藏文,यं,yam, wind), arises a bow-shaped, blue, marked with two banners, the wind mandala with two swaying tips. Above it, from རཾ་(藏文,रं,ram, fire), arises a triangle, with the letter རཾ་(藏文,रं,ram, fire)marked on each corner, the fire mandala. Above it, from བཾ་(藏文,वं,vam, water), arises the water mandala, white and round, marked with a vase. Above it, from ལཾ་(藏文,लं,lam, earth), arises a square, yellow, with a vajra marked on each side, the earth mandala, one should contemplate. In the dharmodaya, etc., the dharmodaya itself is the triangular mudra. The four mandalas of wind, etc., that arise from it are completely transformed, therefore one should say this here. The wheel is the supporting mandala, possessing the qualities of a square, etc. Therefore, my wheel, you.
