为了守护处所、自身和瑜伽,念诵“嗡,raksa raksa hum hum hum phat(藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om raksa raksa hum hum hum phat,汉语字面意思:嗡 守护 守护 吽 吽 吽 啪)”三遍,然后以自之真言念诵的供品,遍供奉于画布等上的薄伽梵,忏悔罪业,随喜功德,皈依三宝。

Therefore, it will be explained. After "first," etc., relying on compassion. At the beginning of everything, abiding in a place that accords with the mind, sitting on a comfortable seat. In order to protect the place, oneself, and the yoga, recite "Om Raksa Raksa Hum Hum Hum Phat(藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:om raksa raksa hum hum hum phat,汉语字面意思:Om Protect Protect Hum Hum Hum Phat)" three times, and then with offerings recited with one's own mantra, make offerings to the Bhagavan on painted cloths, etc., confess sins, rejoice in merit, and take refuge in the Three Jewels. Generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, first cultivate loving-kindness, the aspect of which is the desire to bestow supreme happiness upon all sentient beings. In the second instant, it is compassion, the aspect of which is to eliminate all suffering by those very beings. After "third," the aspect of which is the joy of wanting to constantly bestow the happiness of the gods upon those very beings. Equanimity is at the very end, cultivating the aspect of becoming the antidote to all afflictions and near afflictions of those very beings, accomplishing the path to approach liberation. These are the common initial practices of all yogas. The body of yoga is shown as, then, "emptiness," after which one should meditate. What is that? "Emptiness Bodhi also," etc., since all things are objects of the mind, therefore all these are only mind, since external objects do not exist, therefore they appear to be confused like external appearances, like a dream, one should be certain of this. The nature of the mind that appears in this way is also seen as the nature of clear light, devoid of the nature of one and many. In "the second is the gathering of seeds," from the nature of clear light, how appropriate, on the mandala of the sun, etc., visualize the seed of the deity with a garland of light, from that seed, emanate countless lineages of yogis of the deity, accomplish the benefit of sentient beings, and then gather into that very seed, which is called the gathering of seeds, and should be practiced.

Thirdly, the image is complete. The so-called completion of the image is that from that seed syllable, various forms of deities arise, pressing down on the corpse on top of the mandala of the sun, etc., located in the center of the lotus, and becoming complete through the dance of the half-lotus posture, which is the completion of the image, and should be meditated upon. Fourthly, the mind focuses on the seed syllable. The so-called mind focusing on the seed syllable is to meditate on the seed syllable located in the mandala of the sun, etc., in one's own heart. This is the samadhi of the physician's yoga. Now, in terms of the second yoga, it is said, "Re Pa," etc. Here too, the actions up to the emptiness of enlightenment should be regarded as before. The second verse, which says "Re Pa," etc., is said in order to specifically eliminate differences, that is, from the red Ra (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ra) syllable, one should visualize the solar mandala, and on top of that, one should visualize the blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, from which various vajras arise. From these, one should directly visualize the vajra fence, above it the vajra canopy, below it the vajra nature of the ground, and outside it the burning vajra, which is the meaning of the verse. Then, one should bless it with the mantra, that is, with "Om Raksha Raksha Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ रक्ष रक्ष हुं हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om Protect Protect Hum Hum Hum Phat Svaha)". The so-called "the first corpse" means the first of the yogi's body. One should meditate on the corpse on top of the various lotuses and solar mandalas, etc., inside the vajra fence. If one asks how this can become the seat of the deity, it is said, "It is said to be the nature of the Dharmadhatu." The corpse is the nature of selflessness. Selflessness is the Dharmadhatu. Those who dwell in the Dharmadhatu are the Dakas and Dakinis. The yogi is the practitioner, and dwelling on it, one should especially visualize oneself as Heruka and strive to practice, which is the action of the intermediate yoga. After "in one's own heart," etc., the meaning of "meditate on the nature of hatred" is to meditate on oneself as the form of Heruka. In this tantra, mainly based on Hevajra, one should also understand well the yoga of all the deities. The others are
