The cloth of the charnel ground means that the charnel ground is the corpse. Its "ངས་" means covering. The center is Hevajra, which means that Hevajra should be placed in the center of that wheel. Then place the yoginis. It means that after that, the yoginis are placed below it. Place means that below Hevajra is the meaning of being called a place. Act on the tiger skin. It means to act without making it appear. Vow means vow. ཚོད་མ་ (Sanskrit, tsod ma) means that མཱ་ལ་ཏི་ (Sanskrit, mā la ti) is selfless. Its ཨི་ནྡྲ་ནཾ་ (Sanskrit, i n dra nam) means burning.
