At that time, it is the state of immutability. From there, it blazes and burns all cognitions of signs. As it is said: It is called discriminating wisdom. It is known as samadhi. By it, the mudra will be accomplished. If meditated upon, it will be quickly accomplished. Thus spoke the Bhagavan, the supreme of wisdom. As it is said, thus, in the beginning, middle, and end, liberation from the elaboration of signs is not selflessness. It is neither long nor short. It is neither square nor round. It is free from smell, taste, and sorrow. It has the action of co-emergent joy. As it is said, that is called the nature of the first vowel. Combined with that saying, it is the agent of all that is worldly and beyond worldly, which is the concluding word. Likewise, it is also the agent of realization in many aspects such as nature and person. Thus, the heretics with corrupt wisdom say: Earth, water, fire, wind, and space, time, direction, self, and mind, are the nature of nine substances. All things are of this nature. As it is said, likewise: Substance and quality, action and generality, particularity and parts, the meaning of words are six, and they arise from them. Thus, they assign many terms. The yogini born from that, is the one who enjoys its bliss. Together with that, the great mudra, becomes the accomplishment of giving bliss. As it is said, it is because of enjoying the bliss born from the first vowel, and because of realizing the great mudra from the bliss arising from that vowel, and also giving its method to others, it should be said thus. How should it be given? Form, sound, as well as smell, taste, as well as touch, also the nature of the realm of dharma, should be examined by wisdom itself. Thus, it is given by dividing with the distinction of outer and inner. Outwardly, it is given in the manner of gathering into the bliss of a woman. Inwardly, it should be given by the nature of the union of Āli and Kāli. Also, in this very text, as it is said: From the union of Āli and Kāli, outwardly, two and two are blocked. Therefore, it is said. That itself is the co-emergent form, the yogini of great bliss and goodness. And so on.

Possessing the nature of the Dharmadhatu. Like this and so on, in the terminology of the mundane and supramundane, all the wheels, vaginas, and mudras of the mandala that possess terminology are the basis of all gods, asuras, pretas, hells, insects, butterflies, and so on. This is the meaning. Now, from the outer and inner vows, first, the outer vows are shown in detail, and in order to show the special inner bliss vows. Vajragarbha asked the Bhagavan to explain the path of practicing the wheel, and how all the outer and inner deities arise. After understanding everything, please also explain the vows to me. This is the meaning of asking to completely abandon the inner bliss vows and the outer legal actions. The Bhagavan said: In the center of the yogini's body, the vow exists in the form of A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,IAST:a,literal meaning: without). Just as it is on the outside, so it is on the inside. This vow is well shown. So it was said. The meaning of this is that the outer cloth and rags and other impure things are well dyed with colors and worn on the body. Similarly, the four parajikas, and the thirteen remaining dharmas with words that depend on the Sangha, and the uncertain dharmas, etc., all that is shown is said for the sake of guiding the childish beings. Apart from that, in the mantra path itself, the practice itself also extensively shows the meaning of guidance and ultimate meaning. Among them, because the incarnation is permanent, from this onwards, the place of birth is free from desire, the fetus of the womb is the Dharma garment, like this and so on, and the naked shaved hair and beard, the mantra chanting man is the bhikshu, like this and so on, these are all external shravaka actions, belonging to the first part of the practice of the mantra gate, for the yogis with childish minds, it is shown as the ultimate meaning. Moreover, for the yogis who are proficient and have wisdom, because the incarnation is permanent, like this and so on, it is shown as the meaning of guidance. In the center of the yogini's body, the vow exists in the form of Ā (ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,IAST:ā,literal meaning: ah), like this and so on, is as the ultimate meaning.
