It should be made completely perfect. Why should it be made completely perfect from the right-hand marks? As it is said in the Root Tantra: "Sentient beings accomplish all actions with their right hand. The wisdom of emptiness is the right hand, likewise accomplishing all actions. Diligent in benefiting sentient beings, with the dance of the half-lotus posture, the goddesses such as Gauri, desire to dwell perfectly in all places." Thus it is said. Similarly, in order to cut off afflictions, to proclaim the sound of emptiness, for the unwavering bliss, and to bind hatred and the like as ornaments with their very nature, to accomplish all actions without hesitation, to rely on the Arhat, to turn the wheel of Dharma, and to destroy afflictions, therefore, on the right, arrange the eight hand implements such as the curved knife in order. Similarly, the eight on the left are: thus, contact brings bliss, awakens ignorance, increases bliss, obtains wisdom, completely cuts off afflictions, symbolizes bliss, is without afflictions, and symbolizes the stainless place, which should be arranged in order. White Mother and the two arms are spoken of, three eyes and hair standing on end, adorned with the five mudras.
