It refers to meditating on the wheels. That is, if one understands the nature of outer and inner, and cultivates with upright and definitive meanings, one will quickly attain accomplishment. This is the definitive meaning. The meaning of this is also as stated in the root tantra: "Seeing that the three realms of beings are trapped in the net of discursive thoughts, He taught the methods by which they can be liberated. Bound by the habits of discursive thoughts, He first taught the rituals of discursive thoughts. When one knows the nature of discursive thoughts, One enters into non-discursiveness. Meditating on the mandala wheel, And how the deities are generated, Inviting wisdom and bestowing empowerment, Likewise, the wheel's channels and, Semen and winds are all taught, For the sake of guiding children, The protector of the world has taught. Do not use the definitive meaning for other purposes. The manner of the mandala and the deities, Inviting wisdom and bestowing empowerment, Whoever sees semen as wind, Hevajra does not know that." Thus it is said. Now, it is taught that all the tantras of the generation stage and the perfection stage of Yogini are summarized into six branches of upright and definitive meaning. Among them, the six branches taught in the stage of the perfection stage are the definitive meaning, and the six branches taught in the generation stage should be understood as the upright meaning. For example: "First, intensely meditate on black, Second, meditate on red, Third, meditate on yellow, Fourth, likewise on green, Fifth, on the color blue, Sixth, with a white body, The yogi who meditates on the six branches, Likewise, in the supreme joy." Thus it is said. Here, for the sake of temporarily enabling children to understand, Akshobhya and, Amitabha and, Amoghasiddhi and, Ratnasambhava and, Vajrasattva and, Vairochana as the main one, are the six branches. This can also be established as earth and, water and, fire and, wind and, space and wisdom. Furthermore, in order to abandon the idea of clinging to one color, six colors are also taught, which is for the sake of enabling children to understand. Furthermore, in order to guide the Samkhya people, the six elements are taught by the Dharma of letters, and that is also included.

Letters are of six kinds, namely the five: A, I, Ri, U, Li; and by placing any of the letters of method or wisdom at the end of these, there are six. Moreover, in the "Namasamgiti," it is taught, "Bindu emptiness, six letters." It is shown that these six are nearly transformed into thirty consonants, becoming one hundred and eighty, and becoming the days of six months. Similarly, by the letters of method or wisdom relying on the end, these thirty are nearly transformed into one hundred and eighty, thus forming three hundred and sixty. Moreover, wherever there is a transformation with a strong dot, it should be understood that all transformations are with wisdom and bindu, thus forming the dharma of one year. The detailed explanation of this should be understood from the root tantra. Similarly, for those beginners who desire worldly attainments, it is said that by the divisions of actions such as killing, one should meditate on the mandala with specific colors, such as meditating on the secret wheel as green, the emanation as yellow, the dharma as black, the enjoyment as red, the glorious as white, and the crown as blue, which are the worldly vajra words. Thus, these statements briefly explain the six limbs of the generation stage. "The end of joy and separation is also the same," which indicates the six limbs of the completion stage. Thus, it is said, "The generation stage itself, and also the completion stage, from the equality of the two stages, the dharma of Vajradhara is taught." These six limbs of the completion stage are also from the eighteenth chapter of the Glorious Guhyasamaja, as it is said, "Withdrawal, meditation, life force, retention, recollection, and samadhi, are called the six limbs of union." This meaning should be understood in detail from the First Supreme Buddha and the "Namasamgiti." Furthermore, in this very tantra, after guiding the beginners, the six limbs taught in the context of worldly convention are as follows: "The part of generation has been explained," which refers to explaining the six limbs of the generation stage, namely the yoga of imagination, and the entering into equanimity.
