Those songs and dances of praise also clearly show all the expanded vows and accomplishments, both outer and inner. Because the nature of these is understood as it is, one can even control the three realms, and it should be understood that reciting mantras is only this. Wherever one respectfully sings, wherever one respectfully dances, the lord of the assembly does it first, or whether it is a great assembly wheel permitted by the king, or an ordinary assembly wheel, or even the time of a heroes' feast other than these, first the lord of the assembly sings, and then afterwards others sing as they please, that is the meaning. At those times of assemblies and heroes' feasts, the blessing of song and dance, the initial sign is three kinds of smells, like the smell of garlic, in the middle like the smell of a vulture, and finally like the smell of camphor. The Vajra Master should be symbolized. Similarly, the characteristic of song is that the beginning and end of the voice, with sounds like the king of swans and the king of bees, guide the beginning and rely on the end. In the middle is a sound like the king of herds, the meaning of increasing like the sound of "ra", and at that very moment, those signs will also appear around the mandala. Therefore, the sounds of swans and bees, like the sounds of cows and goats, should be heard from the end of the song. The characteristic of the blessing of song will also appear in the safflower outside. Thus it is said. Now the characteristics of mudras will be explained, why? Because without completely purifying signs, lineage, family, and descendants, worldly activities such as the actions of a bride are not performed. If one engages in worldly activities without being fully trained, then there is no worldly name, and barbarians will flourish completely. Therefore, from that tantra it is also said, "As it is outside, so it is inside." Therefore, a mudra is a sign and a characteristic, and this lineage should be symbolized. From the practice of meditating on a mixed lineage, the practitioner has no accomplishment. And so on it is said. Whatever

Whatever the lineage, the mudra of that lineage should be applied, this is the determination of the Tathagatagarbha. The meaning of this is as it is said in the root tantra: With the mudra of anger, the no-self mother. The protector, Akshobhya, is the lineage of anger. With the mudra of ignorance, the Vajra mother. The protector, Illuminator, is the lineage of ignorance. With the mudra of miserliness, the white mother herself. Miserliness, the protector, is the source of Ratnasambhava. With attachment, apply the water mother mudra. The protector of attachment is the lineage of Amitabha. With jealousy, the Dakini mudra. Jealousy is the lineage of Amoghasiddhi. Likewise, the goddesses of the borders, etc., For earth, water, fire, and wind, Apply the mudras in order. It is said, so the meaning should be understood. Likewise, Again, the white mother with anger, From that to, Attachment with the Dakini mudra, Know the mudra with desire. Up to that point, it should be understood as before, It is only the difference between the object and the subject. Now, in order to show the seed syllables of the fifteen goddesses, starting with the no-self mother, It is said, "The first Ali, the no-self mother," etc. The seed syllable of the no-self mother is A (Tibetan, Devanagari a, Romanized Sanskrit a, literal Chinese meaning: A). The second Ali, the seed syllable of the Vajra mother is Ā (Tibetan, Devanagari ā, Romanized Sanskrit ā, literal Chinese meaning: A). The third Ali, the seed syllable of the white mother is I (Tibetan, Devanagari i, Romanized Sanskrit i, literal Chinese meaning: I). The fourth, the seed syllable of the tenth Yogini is Ī (Tibetan, Devanagari ī, Romanized Sanskrit ī, literal Chinese meaning: I). The fifth, the seed syllable of the Vajra Dakini is U (Tibetan, Devanagari u, Romanized Sanskrit u, literal Chinese meaning: U). That is the inner increment. Now the outer increment will be explained. The sixth, the seed syllable of Pukkasi is Ū (Tibetan, Devanagari ū, Romanized Sanskrit ū, literal Chinese meaning: U). The seventh, the seed syllable of the mountain hermitage leaf mother is Ṛ (Tibetan, Devanagari ṛ, Romanized Sanskrit ṛ, literal Chinese meaning: Ri). The eighth, the seed syllable of the mole-faced one is Ṝ (Tibetan, Devanagari ṝ, Romanized Sanskrit ṝ, literal Chinese meaning: Ri). The ninth, the seed syllable of the old woman is ḷ (Tibetan, Devanagari ḷ, Romanized Sanskrit ḷ, literal Chinese meaning: Li). Again, "Five two is the white mother herself." It is said. The tenth, the seed syllable of the white mother is ḹ (Tibetan, Devanagari ḹ, Romanized Sanskrit ḹ, literal Chinese meaning: Li). The eleventh, the seed syllable of the thief mother is E (Tibetan, Devanagari e, Romanized Sanskrit e, literal Chinese meaning: Ai). The twelfth, the seed syllable of the corpse-raising mother is Ai (Tibetan, Devanagari ai, Romanized Sanskrit ai, literal Chinese meaning: Ai). The thirteenth, the seed syllable of Ghasmari is O (Tibetan, Devanagari o, Romanized Sanskrit o, literal Chinese meaning: O). The fourteenth, the seed syllable of the one who practices is Au (Tibetan, Devanagari au, Romanized Sanskrit au, literal Chinese meaning: Ao). The fifteenth, the seed syllable of the Dakini is Aṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari aṃ, Romanized Sanskrit aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: An). The seed syllable of the Yogini, That is, the meaning is that the seed syllables that are spoken in this way are the seed syllables of the fifteen goddesses, starting with the no-self mother. From the chapter on lineage, What are the channels? Sixteen two say the nature, The channels are two two Yoginis, Each one is said in three ways. It is said, so in this way the thirty-two channels show the chapter on lineage.
