Actions are clearly stated. As it is said: Abandoning this wheel of existence, whoever desires to seek the supreme abode, those inferior beings who commit the five heinous crimes will be destroyed. Thus it is said. Without abiding in such conduct, the yogi who abides in equanimity will quickly attain the siddhi of Hevajra, this is the meaning. In eating, drinking, pouring, sleeping, turning, and thinking, if one is attached to the Great Seal, one will go to the supreme. Thus it is said. This meaning also comes from the root tantra itself, as it is said: If one abides in the Great Seal, whether walking, standing, sitting, or lying down, likewise, even if one commits the five heinous crimes, one will be liberated, there is no doubt about this. If a yogi abides in this way, even if he has a retinue of consorts, I do not see him bound, this is the present Hevajra. Thus it is said. In this condensed tantra itself, this Vajra word clearly shows that wherever the mind does not meditate, all actions become meditation, and through the meditation of non-meditation, all dharmas are fully known. This clearly explains that this word clearly explains the meaning of all the tantras, and among the two breaths, this is also the breath of the great Vajradhara. The first of the six limbs of great wisdom, individually gathering together, is the name established for the glorious First Buddha, and Guhyasamaja and so on. It is accomplished by completely abandoning all effort, this is the intention. This alone is the Prajnaparamita. This alone is the Mother of No-Self. This alone is Heruka. This alone is the Buddhas of the three times. This alone is the liberation from the ocean of existence. This alone is the sutra without letters, this is the definitive meaning. Furthermore, the breath of the great Vajradhara, for childish beings, appears as various things, such as, being established and existing in various names: goers and non-goers, self and other, life and nourishment, person and doer, lord of power and powerful one, father and mother, guru and father of the world, earth, water, fire, and wind.

Existing in the sky, mountains, oceans, continents, forests, trees, bamboo, and vines, etc. The Buddhas of the three times have never said that these exist differently from their own nature. Only the person who views these as supreme and sacred is the body of Hevajra. Therefore, it should be viewed like this: whatever appears and moves, such as grass, bamboo, and vines, etc., from the self-nature of their own nature, one must definitely meditate on the sacred Suchness. There is no other supreme besides these. It is said, meaning that the nature of these things is neither abandoned nor not abandoned. Thus, self-awareness itself is great bliss; from self-awareness, enlightenment arises. Regarding this, as it is said in the root tantra: Vajrasattva is like this: the nature of suffering, the wheel of samsara, remains just as it is. For example, one does not strive to color this vast expanse of sky with various colors. Similarly, the yogi who wishes to abide in Hevajra should also practice in this way. This is its meaning. Because of self-awareness, it is meditation itself; from the transformation of self-knowing, from suppression, karma arises. This shows that both the signifier and the signified are clearly revealed. Thus, at the time of the signifier, the first joy of separation has the ultimate limit. This means that after the signifier is manifested by the mind, one should meditate on self-awareness. Therefore, from suppressing and controlling the signifier itself, it becomes manifestly clear. Therefore, as it is said: one seizes oneself, one does oneself, one is the king, one is the master. These words are spoken in a differentiated way, and are the vajra words at the time of the signifier. Such a signifier should first be diligently sought, and later abandoned by the distinction of meditation. Thus, in the 'True Praise of Names' it says: Abandoning the desire for existence, etc., the great joy of the three existences, white like pure white clouds, light beautiful like the light of the autumn moon, beautiful like the orb of the rising sun. Therefore, whatever signifier
