Therefore, it is only controlled by disharmony. Therefore, how is my mind disturbed? It is said that the nature of the mind is pure and bright, but it is disturbed by sudden afflictions and becomes turbid, so it cannot show and see the image of the true meaning. How can it abide and practice? Thus, it is a confession by describing the faults of the mind itself. Now, in order to show that the root of faults is the ego-grasping arising from ignorance, therefore, the forest fire of meditation is repeated again and again. It is said that meditation means keeping the mind in equanimity, that is, the four meditations and so on. It can burn and exhaust the thickets of afflictions, so it is like a big fire spreading in the forest. Such a fire, again and again, means at every moment. What does it do? Although the forest of sins is burned. It is said that the sins such as greed, etc., are many and are the basis for burning, so like a forest, although it is burned and cleared by the fire of meditation, the root of self-view is not exhausted. It is said that grasping at self and what belongs to self is the basis for arising afflictions, so like a root, it is very stable from the beginningless time. If it is not exhausted and uprooted by right view, it will grow again. What is the situation? Like rain moistening, it regenerates in front. It is said that, like in summer, although grasses and trees are burned, those that have not been burned and uprooted will regenerate when they encounter moisture. Similarly, self-view is the root of all sins, so if it is not abandoned, when the conditions of the external environment are complete, the pervasiveness of afflictions will manifest and arise in the way of dwelling in front. Can the root of afflictions also be eliminated by seeing the selflessness of people? Is it enough with just a part of wisdom? Whoever continues the karma of afflictions. Seeing can also reverse it. It is said that afflictions are greed and hatred, etc. Karma is

It is the nature of good, non-good, and unspecified. The result is maturation. The so-called "only" is to like the independent and so on, the result of afflictions and karma is only a little, other than that there is no author. Its cause is the continuous arising of moments, when the yogi who sees and discriminates sees with the wisdom of mindfulness and awareness, then the view of self will also be reversed. If one discriminates, the continuum of samsara arises only from karma and afflictions, other than that there is no established self. Not only does it reverse it, but it also abandons the mind stream. The so-called "abandoning the mind stream" refers to the mind stream of the noble Hearer abiding in the manner of moments, the nature of the truth of suffering, the skandha of consciousness is considered to be real, as its antidote, the emptiness of consciousness, that is, the path truth that takes cessation as its object arises, abandoning in a way that is incompatible and antidotal. If it is said: Having become the nature of emptiness, because there is no clinging to self and other, it is very far from striving for the sake of beings, which means that because of the lack of special wisdom to see neither completely empty nor completely non-empty, it abides in samsara, is tormented by suffering, and cannot fully accomplish the benefit of others. If you ask: How is it far from benefiting beings? The answer is: The savior is completely separated from attachment. The so-called savior refers to those who protect their own continuum with the Dharma that possesses the four noble truths, or those who are worthy of offering, that is, the noble Arhats. They are separated from even a little attachment, that is, a little desire for attachment to wandering in samsara, and because they have abandoned it, they are completely separated from it. Furthermore, there is no expectation for all beings. The so-called beings are both beings and all, so all beings, that is, everything belonging to the three realms. There is no expectation for them, which means abandoning the effort of expectation to enter in order to liberate them from samsara and from suffering, that is, focusing on one's own benefit.
