Even if they meet, they do not rely on others; you yourself delight in the beginningless cycle of existence. When the demons were manifestly subdued, on that very night, the extremely great afflictions were abandoned; that is truly wonderful. Even if someone does not think like that, they can especially conquer afflictions. What is in common with other beings? What need to mention conquering the heretics? Just as the sun with a thousand rays dispels the darkness, what is so amazing about you, the hero, conquering the heretics? Those with attachment, hatred, and ignorance, and beings related to them, those who have abandoned subtle elaborations, have wisdom when refuting. The one without desire conquers the one with desire, the one without hatred conquers the one with hatred, the one without ignorance conquers the ignorant; these three always subdue the three. Abiding in a state of equanimity, there is nothing to be amazed or delighted about. Because of entering and withdrawing, that is called a miracle. Even if you greatly praise the Dharma, or revile what is not the Dharma, you have no attachment or hatred towards the noble and the ordinary. Manifesting long-desired wishes, fulfilling the desires of the heart, and unreasonable disputes, cause obstacles to the nature of reality. Towards the Arhats and heretics, following with attachment and anger, if your mind does not change, then what is there to praise in you? Because of what cause does it increase, even if you do not care about your life, seeing and hearing, you have neither seen nor heard, you are not attached to qualities, nor do you favor those with qualities. Alas! Your mind-power is truly utterly pure! In order to follow each other, it is certain that the states of sorrow, joy, etc., of body and mind are also deeply obscured by hope and fear. The senses are extremely subdued, and the times never decline, so your mind is always pure, existing as if manifest. Even if you hide with effort due to very few desires, because the faults are completely exhausted, because of being purified for the benefit of others, with good nature and good speech, and by proclaiming with good deeds, your wisdom and thoughts are known even among pure children.

Praise to the Bhagavan Buddha, Courage Arising from Faith, called Praise of the Wonderful, is the fourth chapter. Chapter Five: Praise of the Body Whoever sees your body, whose mind is not delighted, that one has no eyes, or even if they have them, they are meaningless. Near to peace and pleasing, blazing but without harm, gentle and with great majesty, who would not have faith in this body? Whoever sees peace, a realm that is very difficult to find, all become free from attachment, this is the best among sights. Whoever sees your body a hundred times, and whoever sees it for the first time, both equally satisfy the eyes. Even if one has a mind full of extreme hatred, how could one not be satisfied by seeing it? Even if one is not skilled in distinguishing differences, whoever with joy, because of the beauty of your body, does not tire of looking at its स्वभाव (Sva-bhāva, self-nature), all who see it again and again, create joy. Not feeling tired, it is truly wonderful, acting in accordance with meaning, activities are clear, without any effort it is naturally accomplished. The qualities of the support and the qualities of the supported, harmonizing with each other, therefore your body and qualities are supremely perfect. If you have no qualities, then this body of the Tathagata, upon what else would it rely? It is adorned by no other. Possessing excellent marks and signs, blazing with light, other than your body, where else would the qualities of the Tathagata reside? A body superior to perfection, obtaining a body unlike any other, is the distinction of the supported, therefore it is said that perfection is even more excellent. Your body relies on qualities, as if saying "I have great power," and its qualities are also like that, as if saying "I am well-placed." Praise to the Bhagavan Buddha, Courage Arising from Faith, called Praise of the Body, is the fifth chapter. Chapter Six: Praise of Compassion Killing and hunger, thirst, cold and heat, and insolence, slander, and so on, enduring without weariness in the three, and the suffering of the lower realms, all these beings are afflicted by afflictions.
