Those auspicious and receptive ways describe asceticism. Furthermore, the habits of beginningless time, the many natures of people, you completely block all the evil destinies, and completely transform them in an instant. Speaking of "habits of beginningless time," the habits of beginningless time are just entering, that is, habits of beginningless time. Many are those with many aspects. Nature refers to the nature of beings' greed, hatred, and ignorance. Speaking of "You completely block all the evil destinies," evil destinies are evil paths, and completely blocking is saying what is blocked, that is, blocking the evil destinies. The so-called instant is saying a short time. Completely transforming is saying transforming into something else. Whoever has the behavior of greed is subdued senses, like the noble Gavo subdued senses. Whoever has the behavior of hatred is dwelling in love, like Angulimala. The praise of asceticism is Chapter Eleven. Chapter Twelve Explanation of Praising the Wise. Praising the wise will be explained, in which the wise means having wisdom and being focused. Among them, being wise as being born, and being wise as generating satisfaction, and being wise as having meaningful words, and being wise as appearing in order, and being wise as the means of giving, because it is said to have a cause, there are five differences.

Sapa means "collection." Generosity is the act of giving itself. For example, there was a householder named Warrior who was so stingy that he wouldn't even give to beggars. The Blessed One therefore taught him the Dharma of generosity, saying, "Householder, through these five great gifts..." The Warrior thought, "I find even one gift difficult, let alone five great gifts?" The Blessed One taught, "Abstaining from killing is a great gift, abstaining from taking what is not given, and abstaining from grain-made alcohol, or mixed alcohol, intoxicating drinks, places of recklessness, this is called a great gift." The Warrior thought carefully and considered, "This gift is a true gift, because it is an inexhaustible treasure." Therefore, he respectfully listened to the Dharma, generated great faith, and thought he should offer the Blessed One a new set of clothes. He returned home, opened the clothing chest, and wondered whether to offer this set or that set. The Blessed One, knowing his thoughts, spoke in verse, "Giving and strife, are said to be equal, those with merit, do not dwell in evil realms, when war begins, it is the time for giving, those who accumulate wealth, will eventually become equal." Hearing this verse, his faith increased greatly, so he offered a set of fine clothes to the Blessed One, and through listening to the Dharma, he realized the truth. Eventually, he renounced and attained the state of Arhat. A violent person refers to someone with deceit and hypocrisy. Subduing refers to making the mind-stream gentle. The "that" is used in conjunction with the word "did." Skillful means refers to being proficient in methods. Furthermore, there are: Subduing Nanda and taming the senses, subduing pride and arrogance, and subduing Angulimala, who would not be amazed? When mentioning "taming the senses," the senses refer to the six senses such as the eye, and taming refers to not indulging in objects of desire such as greed. Among them, Nanda was the Blessed One's cousin, he had a strong desire, and after being subdued by the Blessed One, he became the best among those who tamed their senses. "Who would not be amazed?" This phrase can correspond to all situations. Pride and arro

The arrogant one, who does not even prostrate to the impure, the Blessed One caused to go forth and placed in the state of an Arhat. Prostration is to properly prostrate to the holy and the elders by lineage, and the elder ordained ones. He who has a garland of fingers is the one with a garland of fingers. That very thief who holds a garland of human fingers, killing thousands of beings, was tamed by the Blessed One. Who would not marvel at that peaceful garland of fingers? All who have faith in the Buddha's teachings and those who do not have faith also cause wonder, this is the meaning. Thus, these two verses, which are of the rough and other kinds, and the gentle and other kinds, explain that the Blessed One is skilled in taming. Furthermore: Because you are satisfied with the taste of the Dharma, having abandoned the bed made of gold, in a dwelling place strewn with many grasses, the steadfast ones sleep peacefully without sorrow. In a dwelling place strewn with many grasses. This is the extensive explanation. Many refers to embodied beings, and is connected with the dwelling place strewn with many grasses. "Made of gold," gold is explained as gold. A bed made from that is a bed made of gold, which is a synonym for adorned with gold. "Sleep peacefully" means to sleep. "Without sorrow" is because there is no complete torment of desire and so forth. "The steadfast ones" refers to those who possess wisdom, because they generate the noble path. Thus, Sangden, Odzung, Gawo, Kundgawo, Drewo Za, and others, having abandoned arrogance, went forth in the teachings of the Blessed One and became Arhats. How do they sleep peacefully without sorrow in a dwelling place strewn with many grasses? Because they are satisfied with the taste of the Dharma, Nirvana and the noble path of attaining ultimate meaning, cause satisfaction for the noble ones, therefore the taste of the meaning of the Dharma is the taste of the Dharma. Having become satisfied by that, the meaning of satisfaction, is the sixth word in the agentive case. "You" means "of you." To Sangden.
