My meaning is, seeing without deception, therefore, those who follow his words will attain nobility and liberation. For example, one hundred years after my complete Nirvana, a king named Tyrant Ashoka will appear. He will build eighty-four thousand Dharma King stupas in one night, thus spoke the Blessed One. Similarly, in the future, wrinkles will appear on the heads of people called Kutaka, and young girls will also give birth to children, and so on, all of which will become apparent. Or, speaking the words of seeing the meaning is not deceiving. He who sees the meaning with the wisdom of destroying ignorance, etc., is the one who sees the meaning, and that is the Blessed One alone. His words are not deceiving, because he sees the meaning. The words of those who have minds disturbed by desire, etc., are inconsistent, but the Blessed One has no faults, therefore it is consistent, like the flourishing sage, etc., inconsistency before and after is not the meaning. Easy to understand means making it easy for those to be subdued to understand. Well-expressed means that just as those to be subdued understand the meaning by distinguishing between the words of ordinary people, Dharma language, and the words of barbarians, this is called well-expressed. Therefore, seeing the meaning, consistency, and easy to understand, whoever has these three qualities possesses these three qualities. Your speech. The tone of ni is used to complete the sentence. Through these three completely pure words, the verse known for its manifestation explains the sixth distinction. Furthermore, temporarily, first of all, your speech. It captivates the hearts of the listeners. Then, if you think about it with your heart. It can also eliminate dust and darkness. It captivates the hearts of the listeners. The so-called heart is the mind. Temporarily means order. Of the listeners, because the tone with five characteristics does not follow others, it captivates the heart. First is first. Speech is speech.

It is like this. What is yours is called yours. To contemplate in the mind in the future after listening means through the sequence of contemplation and meditation. Because defilements harm the continuum, dust refers to all afflictions. Darkness means ignorance. All kinds of afflictions are said to be inverted ignorance because ignorance precedes them. Attachment is only slightly indicated by the word dust. Here it is said that from one teaching to another, afflictions are destroyed along with their roots. Therefore, this explains the seventh category of being captivating. Furthermore: The breath of the poor is relieved, The negligent are made to fear. Protecting those who have happiness, Your words are in accordance with everything. Speaking of "the breath of the poor is relieved," the poor are those who have obtained afflictions. Because it is said that one will surely be liberated from afflictions, it is expressed by "relieving the breath," therefore it is relieving the breath of the poor. "Words" means what will be spoken. For example, when fishermen bring schools of fish and aquatic creatures similar to fish to the shore, they are in great pain. Through the power of the Blessed One, they say, "After I die and transmigrate from here, I will be born in hell." To this, the Blessed One said: I am the king endowed with compassion, Develop faith well in your heart. Having abandoned the place of birth as an animal, Thereafter, you will go to the heavens. With this verse, he relieved their suffering. Because they developed great faith in the Blessed One, they were born among the gods, and because they went to the Blessed One, they realized the truth. Similarly, other beings such as suffering poisonous snakes should also be explained with examples. Saying "the negligent are made to fear" means that for those negligent who are not single-mindedly virtuous, fear is dispelled by showing suffering. Just as: When a fruit ripens, It is always accompanied by the fear of falling. Similarly, people who are born, Are always accompanied by the fear of death. It is like that. For those who enjoy little, or rather, by showing birth and death, in most cases, those who possess the happiness of desire
