此也。 种种精进因大病而死。 怖畏行入梵行， 具喜母对怖畏说： 汝等子嗣将绝，故当勤于生育。 彼说： 我二人虽为兄弟，然我自年少起行梵行，故不享欲乐。 如是拒绝后， 其所有亲族皆集会， 向增长天祈请后， 从安比嘎、 安巴利嘎、 具念母此三者， 与增长天聚集后，次第出生持国、 绀发、 具慧三者。 持国变为盲人， 绀发征服广大土地后， 赐予持国。 增长天赐予持国殊胜之物： 愿汝贤妻紧那罗女，生百子。 彼等之中，将出现长兄难胜。 紧那罗女怀孕后，三年后生下犹如铁锤般的肉团。 增长天说： 将此肉块分为一百份，各自放置， 以冷水反复浇洒。 其后不久，从中生出一百位诸根圆满之子。 具慧对持国说： 此难胜具有罪恶之相，知晓以此为缘，一切恶声之族将灭亡。 故当千方百计杀死此子。 杀死一子，而能救护众多有情之命， ༄། །未见有任何过失。 诸法教典中说： 何者令果小， 彼大罪不应为， 小罪而义大， 具慧者当恒常行。 如是说后， 彼以愚痴之爱不忍杀之。 绀发前往森林苦行。 具慧乃具法之语者， 持国则变为无能者， 难胜则为国王。 其后，耳者与难胜交战之事广为传扬。 彼时，世续祈请后，遍入天化为车夫而至战场。

When the Kinnara woman became pregnant, after three years, she gave birth to a lump of flesh like an iron hammer. The Increasing One said: Divide this lump of flesh into a hundred pieces and place them separately, sprinkling them repeatedly with cold water. Then, before long, a hundred sons with complete faculties were born from it. The Intelligent One said to Dhritarashtra: This Dushasana has the characteristics of sin, knowing that because of this, all the tribes of evil sounds will perish. Therefore, he should be killed in every way. Killing one son and giving life to many beings, ༄། །I do not see any fault. In the Dharma scriptures it says: Whatever makes the fruit small, that great sin should not be done. A small sin with great meaning, the wise should always do. The Intelligent One is a speaker of Dharma words, Dhritarashtra became powerless, and Dushasana became king. After that, the story of the battle between the Earred One and Dushasana spread widely.
