Strike the hand bell, together with the retinue of the eight great gods, the eight protectors of the world, all the assemblies of yakshas, all the assemblies of rakshasas, all the assemblies of bhutas, pretas, flesh-eaters, madmen, forgetters, dakinis, all the assemblies of mamos, and all the assemblies of bhutas such as these, all the assemblies that exist, come here, and heed me. Accept this offering of torma, and grant to us yogis and our retinue freedom from illness, long life, power, glory, fame, and good fortune, complete attainment of vast enjoyment, and the accomplishment of activities such as pacifying and increasing. Protect me, who am bound by vows, and be the companion for the accomplishment of all siddhis. Eliminate untimely death and diseases, and all demonic influences and obstacles. Eliminate bad dreams and bad omens, and evil deeds. May the world be happy and the harvest good, may the grains increase and the Dharma flourish, may all virtues arise, and may all desires of the mind be fulfilled. Engage in activity with this. Then, for the second torma, although the blessing has already been completed once before, in order to remember the blessing, hold the torma in the left hand and recite Oṃ, visualizing emptiness. Hold it in the right hand and recite Āḥ, visualizing a vast and expansive white skull cup. Point the forehead towards yourself and recite Hūṃ, visualizing it filled with the five meats and five amritas. Show the garuda mudra and recite Hoḥ, visualizing it transformed into wisdom amrita. Recite Oṃ, Āḥ, Hūṃ three times. In the space in front, from the syllable paṃ arises a lotus, and from the syllable raṃ arises a sun mandala. Above the red corpse with its head facing to the right, is a blue-black vajra kīla, marked on its handle with a dark blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, देवनागरी: हूँ, IAST: hūṃ, meaning 'Hum'). From that, light radiates, cutting through all fierce enemies and obstructors. The light is drawn back, completely transforming into a great, blazing black vajra, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a curved knife, and the left hand holds a skull bowl filled with blood, holding them up and down at the heart. In the middle of both hands, he holds a golden ghaṇṭā. He has three eyes, bared fangs. The hair on his head is yellow and stands on end. He has a crown of five dry skulls, and a necklace of fifty wet, bleeding heads.
