Imagine the eight great charnel grounds that have existed since the beginning in Jambudvipa (Earth), and the heroes and dakinis (空行母) residing there appearing in the sky in front of you. Imagine offering them a torma (ritual cake), with your palms facing upwards, and recite: OM KHA KHA, KHAAHI KHAAHI, SARVA YAKSHA, RAKSHASA, BHUTA, PRETA, PISHACHI, UNMADA, APASMARA DAKA DAKINI DAAYA, IMAM BALIM GRIHNANTU, SAMAYA RAKSHANTU, MAMA SARVA SIDDHI ME PRAYACCHANTU, YATHEBAM, YATHESTAM, BHUNJATHA, JIGHATHA, LIPATHA, MATI PRAMATHA, MAMA SARVA KARTAYA, SADASU KA BI SHUDDHE, SAHAYI KA BHAVANTU, HUM HUM PHAT PHAT SVAHA. Offer three times. Offer Argham (water for washing feet), Padyam (water for drinking), Pushpe (flowers), etc., up to Shapta Ah Hum. Offer inner offering of OM AH HUM. To the Buddhas, dakinis (空行母), Vajra (金刚) dakinis (空行母), Ratna (宝) dakinis (空行母), Padma (莲花) dakinis (空行母), and various dakinis (空行母), offer the sacred offerings to the faces of the heroes and dakinis (空行母) of the three places (body, speech, and mind). With the Hum mudra (手印), waving the fingers, recite: BHUMI PATI SAPARIWARA AKARSHAYA JA. Imagine inviting all those who have obtained the ground. Open the vajra (金刚) palms upwards, and after Bhumi Pati, add Akaru, and offer three or seven times. Bhumi Pati Sapariwara, offer the inner offering torma (ritual cake) with OM AH HUM. This great offering of offering and generosity is offered to the place deities, ground deities, local deities, village deities, area deities, and those who dwell permanently. Offer! Entertain! Request! Give! May the teachings flourish, may great auspiciousness arise in the world, and may all the thoughts and actions of us teachers, students, and retinues be in accordance with the Dharma, and may all wishes be fulfilled as desired! Thus pray. Then, the recitation to be done is: first, in order to purify the vows broken by all the teachers and students, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as many times as appropriate. Then, for subjugation, recite Deva Pitsu as many times as appropriate, and from the heart of the self-clarified deity, emanate the mantra (咒语) being recited with rays of light. When their (the guardian deity's) heart is moved, contemplate listening to the command. Recite the seven-syllable mantra, the twelve-syllable mantra, Śāsana (teaching), and the flesh offering (Ro ru) to the goddess. If you know the short mantra, recite it; otherwise, recite the long mantra. Recite the Gṛharāja (householder) of the lord of the charnel ground (Durdak), recite the two prayers of Las mgon, recite the Black Yamari, recite the protective mantra of Phurba, and so on, according to the situation. After the recitation is complete, recite: 'Oṃ śrī mahākālāya saparivāra gṛhṇe daṃ arghaṃ' (Oṃ! Auspicious Mahākāla, with your retinue, please accept this offering!), offer from Pādyaṃ (foot water) to Śapta (sound), offer the inner offering, and flexibly pray for activities according to your wishes. Then, confess: To the great Black Cloak Vajra Mahākāla (Pal rdo rje nag po chen po) and his retinue, attendants, and to the powerful four-faced Mahākāla (Dpal mgon zhal bzhi pa) and his retinue, and to all other Dharma protectors, the ocean of hosts and their retinues, I pray and supplicate: We yogis, teachers, patrons, Dharma friends, and retinue, due to karma, afflictions, ignorance, disrespect, carelessness, laziness, and other faults, and not keeping vows, impure vows, mixed gatherings, improper conduct, not diligently practicing and protecting, and not offering and praying to you special protectors at the right times, causing violations and deficiencies in body, speech, and mind vows, and all that is contrary to your hearts, all these, in the state of non-fabrication and non-discrimination, before you, the special Mahākāla, possessors of great compassion and power, I confess and repent, and ask for forgiveness! Just as clouds dissipate in the sky, or waves subside in the ocean, may all the faults committed and all their consequences disappear, may they be pacified, may they be completely pacified! With the offering torma blessed by mantra, mudra, and samadhi, adorned with various ornaments, and the offering adorned with a fine horse, and this offering of the sacred tsok wheel, may the vows of you special Mahākālas be fulfilled, may your wishes be accomplished, may all hopes be fulfilled.
