Then discard accordingly. Do this three times, visualizing burning with the wisdom fire on the right and washing with the ocean on the left, that the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, headed by the master and the patron, exist in the heart in the form of a black 'ཀཾ' (Tibetan, kham, kham, emptiness) syllable, emerge from the nostrils in the form of a sinful ram, and dissolve into the sesame seeds in front. Likewise, visualize burning with the wisdom fire on the right and washing with the ocean water on the left. Recite the mantra three times: 'oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana bhasmin kuru svāhā' (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana bhasmin kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, burn all sins, turn them to ashes, accomplish!), and then the offering attendant pours a little water and fire into it, visualizing discarding it into the ocean, and then sprinkles it outside. The masters and patrons recite and visualize: May the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings be cleared and purified. The fifth common topic is washing and wiping: The fifth common topic is washing and wiping: Before bathing the new sacred object, the offering attendant washes the sacred objects etc. on the bathing platform and the letters on the mirror with water from the vase, and then drapes the wiping cloth over the left shoulder. The masters, accompanied by the sound of bells, recite: 'When the Tathagata was born' etc., and 'Here is the supreme bath' etc., and 'The Buddhas and their sons, with many precious vases filled with scented water, and pleasant songs and music, bathe the Buddha's body'. Recite and play various musical instruments. At the end of all three sentences of 'When the Tathagata was born' etc., recite: 'oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka ta samaya śrī hūṃ' (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka ta samaya śrī hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagatas, empowerment, vow, auspiciousness, Hum!). The offering attendant washes the mantras with water from the vase and sprinkles the bathing water on the sacred object, relic, or vajra. Then, the offering attendant takes the wiping cloth from the left shoulder and visualizes wiping the images of the Buddha's body etc. appearing in the mirror, and the masters recite: 'With incomparable clean and fragrant clothes, wipe their bodies. oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ āḥ kāya viśodhane svāhā' (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ āḥ kāya viśodhane svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Hum, Tram, Hrih, Ah, body, purification, Svaha!), visualizing wiping the Buddha's body. Then place the Buddha image or vajra etc. on the bathing platform in the appropriate position. Divide the bathing water into eight bathing vases. Then, the new sacred object can be invited, and those that will not be damaged by water can be placed on the bathing platform for actual washing, but for the convenience of the masters' practice, visualize the sacred object appearing as the Buddha's body on the surface of the bathing platform. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, the attendant sits on the bathing platform, holding the bathing basin in his left hand, and oil and other items and bathing water in his right hand, according to the ritual, rubbing the body, washing, and pouring the water from the bottle into the bathing basin. Wiping the body is also the same as before. After that, the attendant takes out the scented oil, dips it with a brush. The master and disciples chant together: 'Although the body of the Buddhas has no afflictions, in order to eliminate the physical and mental suffering of sentient beings, with pure water, medicinal incense, and ointment, may we attain the supreme holy body.' Recite the mantra three times: 'Om Sarva Tathāgata Kāya Viśodhane Svāhā' (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ནེ་སྭཱཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व तथागत काय विशोधने स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:Om Sarva Tathāgata Kāya Viśodhane Svāhā,All Tathagatas purify the body). The first time, the attendant visualizes rubbing the body of the Buddha image in the mirror and applies the scented oil to the mirror. The second time, visualize applying and rubbing with white mustard ointment. The third time, visualize wiping the mirror with a thatch brush, wiping the gaps in the body. Clean the dirt on the mirror with pure water from the Gaduva, and then pick up the perfume bottle, the master and disciples ring the bell and chant together: 'This is the supreme and auspicious bath, the water of compassion is unparalleled, the water of blessing and wisdom, granting all wishes and accomplishments.' Recite the mantra: 'Om Sarva Tathāgata Gandha Snāna Pūja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaya Śrī Hūṃ' (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་གནྡྷ་སྣཱ་ན་པཱུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व तथागत गन्ध स्नान पूजा मेघ समुद्र स्फरन समय श्री हुं,梵文罗马拟音:Om Sarva Tathāgata Gandha Snāna Pūja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaya Śrī Hūṃ,All Tathagatas offer fragrant bath cloud sea). In the process of chanting the mantra, offer a bath to the Buddha image in the mirror. Put down the perfume bottle. All of the above, including the body, etc., are wiped clean according to the previous ritual. These rituals are applicable to all eight bathing bottles. However, the phrase 'the body of the Buddhas' etc. is not needed. Then, recite the mantra of 'Kāya Viśodhane' (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:Body purification) three times, and apply with three items, and wash with pure water. After that, pick up the bottle of honey, sugar, and molasses mixture, and chant: 'As when the Buddha was born, the gods bathed with heavenly water, so I will bathe in the same way.' The upper and lower mantras are the same, except that 'Gandha Snāna' is replaced with words such as 'Tri Madhu Snāna' for washing. Then wipe the body with these. Recite the mantra again, apply with three items, and then wash with pure water. Pick up the yogurt bottle and chant: 'This is the water of the nature of generosity, which can purify the defilements of stinginess, the fragrance of generosity spreads, with this supreme bath, bathe the Buddha.' Replace 'Tri Madhu Snāna' with words such as 'Mala Snāna' for washing. Then wipe the body with these. Recite the mantra again, and apply with three items. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
