或者,可以与皈依和顶礼一起念诵,例如:‘顶礼并皈依至尊佛陀金刚持大士(rje btsun sangs rgyas rdo rje 'chang chen po la phyag 'tshal zhing skyabs su mchi'o)’,或者‘顶礼并皈依至尊根本上师萨迦班智达(sa lo tsA ba)文殊菩萨('jam pa'i dbyangs)贡噶索南嘉称贝桑波(kun dga' bsod nams grags pa rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po la phyag 'tshal zhing skyabs su mchi'o)’。

Do not create statues or other sacred objects with human-like expressions. For those sacred objects that conform to the measurement standards (Phyag tshad), avoid using the term 'photo'. Because the blessings of evil spirits will harm the Dharma and sentient beings, and lead to the aforementioned faults. Therefore, be careful in constructing and placing sacred objects. Offering the materials for constructing sacred objects to the Sangha will generate great merit and avoid faults. Furthermore, if you wish to understand the benefits of constructing sacred objects, fold your hands and pray from the heart: 'May the qualified Guru (bshes gnyen dam pa) be stable and gentle, with little hypocrisy, knowledgeable in all scriptures, and proficient in measurement standards.' Especially invite a Guru who is proficient in consecration (rab gnas) and the making of sacred objects. According to the wishes of the patron (sbyin bdag), when making a statue, follow the measurement standards to ensure that there are no errors in the various parts of the body. If it is a painted statue, draw the middle and back images correctly according to the scriptures, and use appropriate pigments. Even if you don't draw them, there is not much fault. If it is a sculpted statue, after completing the making of the sacred object and inserting the relics (gzungs gzhug), dispel obstacles through the three purifications (sbyang ba gsum) as before. Then apply perfume mixed with various fragrances inside the sacred object. If it is a statue made of medicinal clay, be careful to prevent it from drying and cracking. The person who inserts the relics should be a Bhikshu (dge slong), Shramanera (dge tshul), Upasaka (dge bsnyen), Vajradhara (khyim pa rdo rje 'dzin pa), etc., who uphold vows and commitments. These people should also bathe, wear good clothes, and work while reciting auspicious verses. They should be satisfied with tea, sugar, butter, yogurt, and white rice, and put a little brown sugar in their mouths, etc., so that they do not have empty mouths, all of which are intended to create auspicious connections for future enjoyment. When inserting relics, if the stupa (mchod rten) has a measurement, or the statue has a crown protuberance (gtsug gtor), put the crown protuberance inside the head, and put the main deity above the chest. At the same time, recite the seed syllables (藏文:འབྲུ་གསུམ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:三字) and mantras, such as: 'Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Nama Vajradharaya Hum (藏文:ན་མོ་བཛྲ་དྷ་རཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:नमः वज्रधराय हुं,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ vajradharāya hūṃ,汉语字面意思:敬礼金刚持 吽)', or 'Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Nama Manjughosha Anantapunyakirtidhvaja Shri Bhataya Hum (藏文:ན་མོ་མཉྫུ་གྷོ་ཥ་ཨཱ་ནནྟ་པུཎྱ་ཀཱིརྟི་དྷྭ་ཛ་ཤྲཱི་བྷ་ཊཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:नमः मञ्जुघोषा अनन्तपुण्यकीर्तिध्वज श्रीभटाय हुं,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ mañjughoṣa ānantapuṇyakīrtidhvaja śrībhaṭāya hūṃ,汉语字面意思:敬礼妙音 无量功德名幡 吉祥勇士 吽)'. Alternatively, you can recite it together with refuge and prostration, such as: 'I prostrate and take refuge in the venerable Buddha Vajradhara (rje btsun sangs rgyas rdo rje 'chang chen po la phyag 'tshal zhing skyabs su mchi'o)', or 'I prostrate and take refuge in the venerable root Guru Sakya Pandita (sa lo tsA ba) Manjushri ( 'jam pa'i dbyangs) Kunga Sonam Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo (kun dga' bsod nams grags pa rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po la phyag 'tshal zhing skyabs su mchi'o)'. In short, you can recite the Guru of your own lineage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
