Then, accompanied by the melodious sound of bells and cymbals: The Guru is the embodiment of all Buddhas, the essence of Vajradhara, the root of the Three Jewels. I prostrate to all the Gurus! The Guru's body is the Vajra body, beautiful and pleasing to behold, possessing inconceivable qualities. I prostrate to the Guru's body! The Guru's speech is the voice of Brahma, endowed with the unobstructed roar of a lion, destroying the false views of heretics. I prostrate to the Guru's speech! The Guru's mind is like the sky, possessing the nature of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination, abiding perfectly in the three doors of liberation. I prostrate to the Guru's mind! The Guru is the Buddha, the Guru is the Dharma, and likewise, the Guru is the Sangha. The Guru is the creator of all. I prostrate to all the Gurus! If there is a specially designated Guru and one understands him, then one can praise his qualities according to the circumstances. In addition, if one understands and is happy to praise the Yidam or other deities, one can do so. If one does not know much about these, then one can say: The Dharmakaya is inseparable like the sky, but the Rupakaya appears like a rainbow. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ཚོན་བཞིན་

Like rainbows, each appears distinctly. Possessing mastery over the supreme method and wisdom. I prostrate to the Five Sugatas (Pañcabuddha, the five wisdom Buddhas)! As it is said in scriptures and other texts: With purity, severing the cause of attachment, With virtue, liberating from the evil realms, To the one supreme ultimate truth, The peaceful Dharma, I prostrate! As it is said about stupas: Upon a seat of various lotuses and moons, Made from the essence of various precious jewels, Emanated stupas, Adorned with various ornaments. I prostrate to the Dharmakaya (法身) nature! Above, below, and in between, And in the directions and intermediate directions, With form and without form, I prostrate to all the stupas! And, the common emptiness-form Vajra (金刚), and the five classes of beings, etc., as prepared in the ritual. Impartial and unwavering, possessing the supreme compassion of equality. The embodiment of compassion, eliminating the suffering of beings. With immeasurable qualities, bestowing all accomplishments. Immaculate and unwavering, possessing the supreme Dharma of equal purity. Even the most minute aspect of qualities is immeasurable, Like the sky, it cannot be recreated. Limitless accomplishments, without comparison, beyond comparison. To the realm of beings, surely bestow the supreme accomplishments. Always immaculate, arising from the force of compassion. Wish-fulfilling, possessing the nature of non-cessation. Accomplishing the benefit of beings, endlessly diligent. The embodiment of great compassion, always appearing. Immeasurable, boundless, utterly perfect. Even having attained the supreme state of Sugata (如来), Yet in the three realms, bestowing supreme accomplishments. The activity of compassion, unwavering and unceasing. Emaho! Possessing the most excellent Dharma nature. Among the supreme givers, having attained the supreme state. To all in the three realms, constantly bestowing accomplishments. Protector (Nātha), omniscient of the three times without obstruction. Grant me the supreme accomplishment of the supreme Samaya (誓言). This is of all the Buddhas, The vast and true qualities. Even by reciting it just once, All the Buddhas will be accomplished. Thus it is praised.
